  1. Michael says:

Jean: You do not understand the nature of the US Courts. They are all administrative and not judicial and operate under presumptions and inferences. The Secret Service has already made an administrative determination as to the validity of some of the documents and that is the way the US Court will rule. And to have an attorney represent anybody is just plain the kiss of death, because the attorney is for the orderly expeditious resolution of the problem in favor of the government, and the Plaintiff’s rights be damned. You just watch.

This is just the beginning… hold on to your handbags ;)

I am optimistic; but somehow I think the battle has just begun.

  4. Nicki Tompkins says:

I will be glad to keep you updated–rumor has it, other banks are doing the same. Hope your readers will share. Love ya, Nicki

  5. Nicki Tompkins says:

Jean, Is that the docket number on the document? 11-CIV 8500? I’ve got friends trying to verify the filing. I’ll be busy googling the Defendants, as none were familiar to me. On another note, a friend of mine received papers from Wells Fargo regarding a foreclosure, in which she lost her home, and she has to submit a forensic audit and other papers for them to review her case and possibly offer compensation..

    • Jean says:

Nicki, I don’t know what the number really means. The people doing the verifying should know . . . if they’re into it.

I’m so glad to hear about your friend. What I know, Nicki, is that if the company cannot produce the papers, there is no legal case against her. They cannot take her house. I think Wells Fargo may see what’s coming and are manipulating her to get off easier financially. . . don’t know of course. These companies do not have any paper records of what happened! (I think I’ve got the terminology correct. . . )

Please keep me updated on this – if you are able.

      Many thanks and hugs, ~Jean

I took myself out with a couple new friends to a craft bazaar – and found my son’t Christmas present. Then the dogs and I walked along the creek. It was lovely and just what I needed. Hugs, ~Jean

We can now see the light at the end of the tunnel!
    The good guys finally win!
