This is not the first time I have published something from TED, which I think is an extraordinary idea – and experience. This particular video came to my attention through people I spent time with last week, who are involved in developing Full Spectrum Leadership, Advancing the Practice of Personal Responsibility. I came home and spent considerable time at their website. I feel certain there are many organizations presently focusing on this concept, but this one seems to have a slightly different perspective.
