I think this is HUGE. It means that the criminals in our country, all of them, are subject to arrest and trial at The International Court in the Hague! They now have no place to hide. This also gives me hope that Obama may be wearing two hats. I hope so, but we must still wait to see; however, I can’t imagine him easily signing his own death warrant, can you?

American War Criminals Now Subject To Laws US Enforces on Others

In a surprise move, President Obama signed an executive order rejoining the International Criminal Court, an organization established originally by the United State to enforce international law and punish war criminals.
The US left the court under Bush in order to protect those responsible for kidnapping, drug running and torture. They may now be arrested, even if American office holders or members of the military or CIA, which, oddly enough, many of those responsible for such heinous crimes are.
Almost all facing prosecution are, curiously enough, members of the Republican Party and are trying to spin a return to freedom and justice as America giving up rights. The only right sacrificed are the rights some of the 1% and key officials had to murder, rape, steal and run drugs.
They may now be arrested under the same laws that applied to Gaddafi, Saddam and other “war criminals” that America has seen fit to bring to justice.
A careful read of one of the trickiest documents I have ever seen limits arrests of US elected officials as long as they are in office. Language protecting the military is less clear if not clear at all.
In doing so, Obama even puts himself at risk but the risk is far higher to Ashcroft, Gonzales, McCain, Lieberman, Bush (all), Cheney and a list of war criminals who may number in the thousands.
As to how far the ICC is willing to go is questionable. The organization tends to arrest only those of dark skin or targets of American foreign policy.
Perhaps that will change with the Arab Spring and elections in Europe which has gotten rid of some and may eventually remove nearly all the old leaders, most of whom are potential suspects in war crimes.
When we see Interpol put the cuffs on McCain and Lieberman and “perp walk” them out of the Senate, we will know we may get America back.

I have always believed in President Obama because I intuitively FEEL goodness in him. There’s so much information/disinformation out there that it’s all I CAN trust!
Does anyone really believe that Obama would be in office without the approval of the cabal? I am not saying the man is evil but he wouldn’t be where he is “placed” if he wasn’t in some way a part of it. Perhaps he intended to try to do something about them, and some of you see him as a double agent, but be careful. They pick out who they believe will follow their agenda and those with a family, have no choice but to. If you take the job you follow orders. Certainly no one believes we “elect” a President anymore. Or do you?
Again, I do not believe we should be looking for “saviors” any where. I agree it is wise to stay out of the negative and bashing people doesn’t help anything, but we must stop giving our power away. We are the one we have been waiting for. Look to the light and focus! We will get this done.

I also go with what is written above by Mhenrydunn. Thank you for wrapping it in such kind words. And Emma Sue you are perfectly right in asking us to be positive to be successful. Hate and doubt does not bring us forward one iota towards a life which we desire: for us, our children, the whole world. Not to forget our animals, nature and whatever else is ‘alive’ on our beautiful globe.
What you say may be true, but it isn’t exactly precise. The USA had never “joined” the ICC; President Clinton had signed the treaty, which indicated the intention of the USA to eventually ratify the treaty — and by doing that, I guess you could call the US a member; it would be technically a State Party to the treaty. So, no, we do not become a State Party by Obama’s signing it. We may eventually, if the Congress takes the necessary steps to ratify it.
And by joining the ICC, or actually indicating our intention to join, that does not mean anyone in the USA can be taken before “the International Court in the Hague,” but it may mean they can be taken before the International Criminal Court in the Hague, but not the International Court of Justice. The International Court of Justice has jurisdiction over States, but not individuals. One country can take another country to court there, but no individuals can be held responsible for any criminal activity.
That was the point of creating the ICC, to hold individuals responsible. The ICC has jurisdictionly only over three crimes, as defined in the Rome Statute: war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. There may be a fourth crime by now; I do not know. There was a potential fourth crime at the time of its establishment, which could be added later if the States Parties agreed, and I’m sorry I cannot remember what it is.
So I’m not sure if the ICC can prosecute anyone for kidnapping. If that is defined in the Rome Statute as a war crime or as crimes against humanity, then yes, it could. BUt I do not remember anything there about kidnapping. But yes, it can, as to torture…

Please remember, folks, that JFK remains the example for all incoming presidents of what happens to those who work openly against the cabal. He actually dared to attack the center of their power in this country – Federal Reserve phony dollars – and planned to return our currency to the control of the people, as stipulated by the Constitution. And so, of course, he was killed. How much Obama really knew about the extent of cabal power when he took office, we can only guess (though it is reported that he was so revolted immediately after his post-election interview with George W. Bush that he vomited – we can only guess what the smug Illuminati princeling revealed to his hapless successor on that occasion). Whatever you may think of his moral makeup (and I happen to think highly of him), he has had to walk a very delicate line to keep himself and his family safe, while still attempting to serve the eventual liberation of this country. When you are breezily accusing him of being “evil through and through” (a very dangerous accusation to make…dangerous to the health of one’s own psyche – at least to those who would be wary of projecting their own unintegrated shadow onto others), it would be well to remember recent reports that the global currency reset was delayed by China in deference to a threat by the Bush cabal against Obama’s family, that the 7.4 earthquake in Oaxaca, Mexico took place when Obama’s daugther Malia was in the city, and that numerous intelligence sources state that the Colombia “prostitution” Secret Service scandal is in fact a cover story over a cabal-ordered assassination attempt.
It is up to you as to whether your decide to credit the numerous galactic statements that Obama is a high soul whose mission has been protected while he plays a dangerous and unavoidable double game to serve our eventual freedom.
I know it’s fun and self-righteously pleasing to hold emphatic and extreme opinions condemning the actions and character of people we’ve never met, but it wouldn’t hurt to hold off and look at the bigger picture….at least this once!

Sorry but he would not have had a chance to be elected without the help, money, and media of the cabal. He would have been treated just like Ron Paul. Don’t look at these things as either good or bad, just find the truth.
And he may be a high soul, actually he probably is, isn’t everyone? But in this incarnation/instant he is playing for the dark side.
No everyone isn’t a “high soul.” If you mean that all sentient beings are in essence a spark of the indissoluble unity of the Godhead, OK, but let’s get real. Some souls are mired deep in darkness, separation, habitually commit harmful acts, and have no consciousness of connection with Source. It is probably safe to say that mafia chieftains, warlords, satanists, and sex slavers are not “high souls.” If you presume to tell us that Barack Obama “playing for the dark side,” then please provide your evidence. And you might also wish to let us know how you would have made better choices coming into office with the enormous crisis he inherited. And if might also be interesting if you would be willing to let us know how it is that we may be certain you are not playing for the dark side?

I agree with you wholeheartedly Michael…ask yourselves this question: if Obama were actually a part of the dark’s agenda why (right from the beginning of his presidency) did the GOP agree to do whatever was needed to be done to discredit him on every single issue that he’s tried to do? Why have there been MULTIPLE attempts on his life and threats to his family? Why are bills he’d like to get passed always fought by the GOP even though it may be one of the GOPs own ideas in the first place? The only thing that makes any sense is that he’s NOT one of the dark cabal.
I agree with Jean. Obama has had to walk a very thin tightrope during his time in office and he’s been doing the best he can under the circumstances. If he’s guilty of anything, IMO, it’s been collusion because of his and his family’s safety issue.

It may be true that he reestablished the signature that was signed by Clinton and unsigned when Bush jr took office. However, it has no teeth until it is ratified by 1/3 of the senate…prior to this the signing is simply symbolic as a gesture that the treaty will be either submitted to senate for review and passed just like any other international treaty would or would not be passed through the senate such as what clinton did, stating that a review of the treaty and the implications would be needed before passing the treaty to senate.
Having said that, they are not all a bunch of demons and so-called luciferians in the UN or ICC as the fearful will have you believe and there are many there who want to see an end to the madness as well. So continue your positive confirmations and go inward for your news, remember, the universe is much more creative than you could possibly give it credit for right now that is why this is the time of miracles and anything is possible. We are far enough along the ascension that there is nothing at this point to derail it, please choose to stay in peace with out expectation about outcomes, especially tomorrow. Blessings!

I see no delight in others pain…we are ALL one! One does not get away with anything, neither you or I or Rove, we must all face ourselves sooner or later. Every being on this planet deserves compassion, no matter what they’ve done, all of us have fallen short of impeccability at some point so as Jesus stated “let he who has not sinned cast the fist stone” when others were about to cast judgment.
Many of these souls have been so damaged through repeated abuse that they see almost no light, they have chosen a very hard path to the light through great darkness and many will be starting over from the lower worlds of the mineral in order to learn wisdom once again. So justice is inherent in life as we can not escape our choices which are pregnant with their own repercussions.

Agreed M, I am mostly taking delight in the fact that the spotlight is being shone on the lies and injustices. I found the picture to be humorous, and I’m sorry if my comments came across as crass to you or anyone else. I really don’t wish pain on anyone. Just to clarify, when I said “more of that please”, I meant more arrests of the people who have committed crimes against us. ♥
We don’t wish pain on him or others. We wish for them to be stripped of all power and ability to effect other peoples lives. Which may/should involve locking them in prison at least for the time being and the new system is in place. Then they can go pick the cotton fields or work as janitorial staff.
I will have to add that I came across an article on drudge that quoted an Obama official who said something about the war on terror being over. But it wasn’t any official statement or anything. But that split second after I read it, such a huge weight was lifted off me and such a wonderful feeling washed over me but was gone just like that. Now I can only imagine what the takedown of the cabal will feel like for everyone. Amazing!

I’m sure the ICC is just as controlled by the cabal. I mean it would be nice to believe that Obama’s a good guy and this and the NDAA are to be used against the cabal but that’s wishful thinking.
No law needs to be added or changed to arrest these people. Let’s send all that wishful thinking into the Liberation Meditation tomorrow night.
Don’t count on Obama being a good guy. The moment he brought Hillary on board I knew he was a fraud and every word he’s said and move he’s made since he became president has proved it.
