Scientists: Humans Are Mutating As We Speak!
Interview to Berrenda Fox by Patricia Resch
Dr. Berrenda Fox provides evidence of DNA and cellular changes in this article by Patricia Resch. Dr. Fox is the holistic practitioner of the ‘Avalon Wellness Center’ in Mt Shasta, California. The Avalon Clinic represents the re-emergence of the ideal of healing as practiced on the original Isle of Avalon.
Dr Fox has proven through blood tests that some people have actually developed new strands of DNA.
PR: Berrenda, tell us a little about your background.
BF: I have doctorates in physiology and naturopathy. During my training in Europe I also was involved with the media, and this still continues in film and management. As you know, I’m working with FOX Television Network to bring about understanding of extraterrestrials and their role in what is happening with mankind at this time. The most well known are ‘Sightings’ and ‘The X Files’.
PR: What are the changes that are happening at this time on the planet, and how are our bodies being affected?
BF: There are major changes, mutations that haven’t occurred, according to geneticists, since the time we supposedly came out of the water. Several years ago in Mexico City there was a convention of geneticists from around the world, and the main topic was the DNA change. We are making an evolutionary change, yet we don’t know what we are changing into.
PR: How is our DNA changing?
BF: Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known.
The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes. Most people know and feel this. Many religions have talked about the change and know it will come about in different ways. We know it is a positive mutation even though physically, mentally, and emotionally it can be misunderstood and frightening.
PR: Are these children displaying any characteristics different from other children?
BF: These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They’re telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they’re not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades
PR: Do you think this will happen to all of us?
BF: It seems like most people who were born before 1940 have not been able to make the shift, but have initiated something into the next generation that gives them the capacity to form another helix within our lifetime. Our immune and endocrine systems are the most evident of these changes. That is one of the reasons I work with research in immunological testing and therapy.
Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration. Many of the children born recently have bodies that are magnetically lighter.
Those of us that are older and choose to change have to go through many physical changes.
PR: What causes change in bodies born with normal two-strand DNA?
BF: The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus. Consequently viruses are not necessarily bad. Viruses live only on living tissue. DNA viruses like Epstein Barr and the Herpes #6 change cellular structure. The retrovirus HIV is not a DNA virus. Instead of mutating the body, it actually eats it up. Most people who go through this process and come out the other side have a new profession, a new way of thinking, or at least a starting of a new way of life.
Even though they may feel really sick, tired, or hopeless at times, it is a gift. They are being given a chance to change their DNA structure and their body into a lighter, healthier body that can see them into the next generation. The angels that are being seen are signs that we are shifting. As I understand it, we have until about 2012 to complete this process.
PR: What other changes should we expect to see?
BF: There will be no disease, we will not need to die. We will be able to learn our lessons, not through suffering, but through joy and love. The old system has to crumble away, and is not doing that without putting up a big fight. So you have all the wars; a lot of the medical-type of healing is not working; the government is not working.
A lot of the old paradigms can no longer exist yet are fighting to be maintained, but there is no doubt that it is changing. Those of us who have chosen to live at this time are the forerunners of almost a new species. It is human, yet we are at the same time actually manifesting heaven on Earth. We are receiving extra help from masters and extraterrestrials, angelic beings, and learning to go inward. The more we are able to go in and listen to that quiet voice, the more we are in tune with the changes that are happening.
PR: What are some of the side effects of these changes?
BF: With a cellular change you are sometimes going to feel as though you are not here. You may feel exhaustion, because we are literally changing cells and becoming new beings. Like a new baby, you may need lots of rest. Mental confusion and not being able to concentrate on routine tasks may happen as we are being programmed for something larger. Aches and pains throughout the body for which there is no specific cause are common. Many people feel as though they are going crazy.
If they go into an orthodox medical office, most likely they will be put on Prozac, because they can’t define what it is. It is difficult for the medical profession because they are not used to dealing with the energetic body. Because the chakras are related to our endocrine system, women will go through hormonal changes. There may be crying without knowing why because crying releases hormones. Many women are going through menopause earlier because we are accelerating.
Men may be very frustrated with the exhaustion when they are used to being very active. They may feel their feminine side coming out because this is the intuitive side. The emotional therapy that has been coming out in the last 20 to 30 years has been speeded up with new techniques for these changes. We are actually doing a tremendous amount of emotional work in a very short time, which would have taken thousands of years.
PR: How do you you treat someone who is going through these changes?
BF: I approach it from the viewpoint of working with individual beings instead of treating a disease. ‘Doctor’ in Latin means educator. The only effective service you can perform as a true healer is to empower individuals with the necessary tools and reassure them that what is happening is real, and that they can heal and be free of the ‘negative’ symptoms while healing.
First, I require immunological testing that is not traditionally done. This is a blood laboratory test performed by an advanced specialty research lab. Then I give the patient the information themselves. This is much like a map of the changes so they can have the power to heal. I am not the healer but only an instrument in their individual healing process. There is power in a person looking at their own blood tests and seeing the map of what is going on in their bodies that causes something to click in the subconscious.
The real key is that the person take responsibility and do their own work. What I use as tools are not commonly used. I use a lot of Organotherapy, which is a glandular treatment from Europe, to build up the hormonal system to accept the changes in the DNA. Also, I use homeopathy to work on the energetic body, vitamins, herbs, and cold laser therapy. The therapy depends entirely on individual needs.
Much of what I do has been accessed from those whom I would call older sisters and brothers who have gone on before us. They are from other solar systems that we have all come from to help this planet with its transition.
PR: How do you see your work evolving?
BF: I look at my work as a bridge or transition. It is both scientific and artistic. Healing is an art and a science. Using only science or just the art of healing is not enough for complete health. I don’t think I will be a healer all my life because I believe disease will be eliminated. We, as conscious people, will eliminate disease and suffering.
III. Remedies for the Side Effects
Extracted from an article ‘The Bigger Picture’ by Susanna Thorpe-Clark. We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually, in time), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. But the immediate changes are from 2 to 3 DNA strands, and later into 12.
It is speculated that the human beings already had 12 DNA strands hundreds of thousands of years ago, but someone or something interfered in our evolution, downgrading us to only 2.
It is not just we humans who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing. Nothing will die or be destroyed, for we are all moving together into A NEW STATE OF BEING. This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts.
Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being.
Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are MANY TEMPORARY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.
Some of these are:
Flu-like symptoms – high temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.
Migraine headaches – severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.
Occasional diarrhoea.
Occasional runny nose – with sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever.
Dizziness
Ringing in the ears
Heart palpitations
Feeling the whole body vibrate – especially at ni ght when one is in a relaxed state.
Intense muscle spasms – plus pain in the body, often the back.
Tingling – in arms, hands, legs or feet.
Loss of muscular power – in hands, caused by changes in circulation system.
Occasional breathing difficulties – and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.
Immune system changes
Lymphatic system changes
Feeling tired – or exhausted from minor exertion.
Wanting to sleep – longer and more often than normal.
Toe nails and hair growing quicker than normal.
Bouts of depression for no real reason.
Delving into the past – and looking at relationships, gaining clarity on personal issues.
Feeling of a huge purge
Tension, anxiety and high stress levels – because one feels that something is going on but doesn’t know what it is.

I know this to be true. I’ve lived it and continue to live with the knowledge that we are evolving as a species, together. Yes Norm, Jesus told us that we are far greater than what we perceive ourselves to be. We are creation itself. Creating! We are in the process of bringing Christ Consciousness to this reality, hence “the return”. This may not resonate with everyone; this only means that they are not ready to accept what is and has always been the truth. Nothing stays the same only the human mind’s perception of what is because it’s been told what to believe. Sift through beliefs and resonate with the truth of your being, no one else’s.
I believe this article is not true and at very least is confusing and contradicts itself.
The author is clearly not comprehending or following his own words as he writes them. He has
also not done any research and this article has been proved on many other forums to be non
sense. This is nothing more than fantasy and dis-information! Just allow me to give you

This is completely incorrect in the picture it explains and says:

Now that that is out of the way lets read a bit about Genes and DNA:

Genes are packaged in bundles called chromosomes. Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes (for a total of 46) Presently, only the function of a few percent of the DNA is known, the rest has been believed to be “junk”. The most exhaustive knowledge is about the genes responsible for the bodily structures, the structural genes, which are the simplest part of the system. But the
knowledge about the most important part of this system, the regulator genes, is incomplete.
The genetic code language of these genes is only partially known.
More than 98 percent of all DNA, was called “Junk DNA” by molecular biologists, because they
were unable to ascribe any function to it. They assumed that it was just “molecular
garbage”. If it were “junk”, the sequence of the “syllables”, i.e. the nucleotides in DNA
should be completely random. However it has been found that the sequence of the syllables is not random at all and has a striking resemblance with the structure of human language (ref. Flam, F. “Hints of a language in junk DNA”, Science 266:1320, 1994, see quote below). Therefore, scientists now generally believe that this DNA must contain some kind of coded information. But the code and its function is yet completely unknown. It has been reported that the sequences of this unknown DNA are inherited and that some repetitive patterns in it seem to be associated with increased risk for cancer. Also, the DNA has been found to mutate rapidly for example in response to cancer. It has been speculated that this DNA may contribute to the regulation of cellular processes. Haig H. Kazazian, Jr., chairman of genetics at the University of Pennysylvania has recently found reasons to suspect they may be a key force for the development of new species during evolution. He thinks this DNA may be essential for increasing the plasticity of the hereditary substance.

FInally this is my simplified understanding of the DNA strand based on my intuition and
instruction from one of my dear friends on the higher planes:
The DNA strand will always be 2 as in a ladder. The uprights or 2 strands are the 2 sides or
poles. These strands are like an electric circuit. Between them are numerous combination of
elements which determine the quality, shape, size, etc of the human body. This has nothing to do with how you are spiritually. The human body is a ‘separate’ entity from the life that inhabits it. The human body is a creation of certain devas, linked to the mother earth, and is like electrons around an atom. The human body is more or less at its ultimate state of evolution right now. In other words we will not be growing bigger eyes or ears or bigger brains in this cycle we are in. The human body is complete for now. just like the current animals on our planet. All forms come and go for various purposes and soul occupies everything that exists. Nothing exists that does not have a soul and even your separate body organs have their own soul. And the combined Oversoul is the ‘mother’ of all souls which is the root proof that we are all one.
Now what is evolving then and what is going to ascend or become enlightened? Well
technically we are not going to ascend or become enlightened. It is our lower minds, the
part of us that distinguishes us from the animals, which is been opened to allow the soul
body to enter and have more awareness on the physical plane. Remember you do NOT have a
soul, you ARE a soul and you the soul is attempting to be more conscious in this 3D physical
world. What we are experiencing is our lower rational minds trying to make sense of what we
are with limited consciousness. The only true way to be enlightened is to seek for truth by
opening your mind to allow, whats inside you, the soul to fill you with its grace and beauty. So seek out knowledge (I am not talking about intelligence) and you will become enlightened and the more enlightened you become the more you will learn to love all. A lot of people believe you must love everyone, but you ask those that just cannot seem to love everyone why and they have no answer. Well the answer is simple: those who cannot love all just do not know why they should love all and when you have opened yourself to the soul and gained more knowledge and more consciousness you will begin to realise why you should love all…Because we are all ONE. So there is a big differences between thinking you know something and knowing you know something.and being what you know. And then what about the things you don’t even know you don’t know.

I remember that I had a question: What do you think about the idea we are being told that when we get into the next dimension, our heads will increase in size to hold a much larger brain, and we will also increase in height to between 12′ and 16′ (smaller for women, larger for men? @Jean, Dear Jean, This is a question that is on many peoples minds. It is my observation that the cause of much confusion may lie in the fact that the structure of the planes we inhabit is not known to many of those who prefer to make comments on a subject which is not fully understood by them. It is a deep subject and not easy to get across. I often tell those I council to just live and learn or make a dedicated commitment to start on the path of enlightenment. It is always our own choice and many have not come for the answers that older souls seek because they are younger souls and have no wish in this life for the esoteric. Others have come with a lot of knowledge in their back pockets. These are the star seeds and light workers of our world, the ones that come to aid and guide the young and the casual thinker. I will attempt to give you a short summary of this subject according to my understanding. I must always say that I am in no way demanding or insisting that this is fact, it is up to us all to decide and in the end come to our own conclusions. The most important thing to start off with is that for you to be sure to understand that I am talking from a human point of view, and our life on this planet. When we die, or more accurately, when we no longer focus from the physical plane there is another world out there which is infinitely more complicated yet beautiful. If you have ever gazed at a flower and marvelled at it’s beauty you have to end up contemplating it’s exquisite detail.

Now, these 4 words are often very confusing and can lead one to all kinds of ideas. Whilst they are seemingly quite different in terms of how most people understand and use them, I am going to propose that these 4 words are actually identical when you understand them from a higher point of view.
There are 7 major planes in the cosmic universe.
These start from, 1 being the finest density down to 7 which is the highest density.
The lowest or 7th cosmic plane is the physical plane of the cosmic universe.
This cosmic physical 7th plane, as is all the others, is divided into another 7 sub planes.
The last or 7th sub plane, as is all the others, is again divided into another 7 sub-sub planes!. Now here is the amazing truth…, We as humans reside on the 7th sub-sub plane of the 7th sub plane of the cosmic physical plane! Our 5 normal senses only allows us to sense the bottom 3 of this 7th sub-sub plane!
Now I know this is quite mind blowing and I suggest drawing this out so your mind can see this as a picture and then it will be easier to grasp. The intention is to realise just how ‘far’ away we are from the source of creation and yet… there are many who sense the source or oneness of life, and are able to see more truth than others despite this.
Now the people that can sense this ‘togetherness or oneness’ more easily are those whom are known to be, more enlightened about the planes, more ascended (up the planes), more conscious of the planes, and so also more dimensionally aware.
So the more enlightened you are the more ascended, conscious and dimensional you are. Just as the more ascended you are, or become, the more enlightened, conscious and dimensional you will be. So the more conscious you are the more enlightened, ascended and dimensional you will be, and finally, the more dimensional you are the more conscious, enlightened and ascended you are.
So now we can get to the question posed as to the state of our physical body as we ascend or become more enlightened or more conscious or more dimensional.
Now we saw above that our 5 normal senses only allows us to sense the bottom 3 of this 7th sub-sub plane! These 3 bottom elements, or planes, which we can sensed are the Solid/Physical, Liquid and the Gaseous. We have given this a name and it is 3D, because we see Length x Breadth x Height. 3rd Dimension! But lets also correlate this to the 3 planes we sense, So if we are to ascend to 4D or 5D or even 6D or 7D we now have to add another higher sense for each stage. We have all heard of the movie The 6th sense, where the little boy tells Bruce Willis, “I can see dead people”. Well now we have 5 + 1 = 6 senses. We also have people on earth who can see probabilities or see into the future or know the instant someone is going to phone them etc. Lynne McTaggart has beautiful books about all this.
Well now, these are the higher dimensions we are going to be more aware of and so we will be more enlightened, which is the same as more ascended, and hence more conscious of our universe. These qualities or ‘talents’ is what we will gain as we open our minds to let the soul, the real you through into our lives. Yes our physical bodies will be effected by this event. We will become healthier as we seek out and demand better food, water, and air. We will know what the true purpose of nature is and how to work side by side with her. We will appreciate the service to humanity which nature is performing for our benefit. Finally it is known by science or claimed that we only use 10% of our brain and we know from actual reports that even if some parts are removed we can still function perfectly. What is the rest for? FF, I’ve taken the time to read and digest this, and I thank you for your response. It is all incredibly complicated, isn’t it? I’m not sure what to think, because Drunvalo has indicated that we will change physically when we get to the other side. We will even be able to ‘fix’ ourselves, a fact which delights me since after a fall I had to have an artificial knee! @Jean Dear Jean, I cannot comment on what Drunvalo has said, but would very much like to read that part of his work which you describe. As I mentioned in my comment I was dealing only with the life on earth plane. If Drunvalo actually means the 4th plane when he talks about 4th Dimension, and we just have the word confusion problem I mentioned in my comment, then I can say without a doubt that you will be able to create any type of body you choose! Now, this 4th plane(4th Dimension) is also called the Astral plane and is the plane we live in when we are not focused in the material body. One thing which you may need to understand, from a metaphysical point of view, is that the density of the physical body which you are in now cannot exist in the 4th plane(4th Dimension). The body we have on the 4th plane(4th DImension) is made up of a much finer less dense substance. So, the only way to enter the 4th plane(4th Dimension) is to discard the Physical plane body. Now this process according to us is called physical death. Now in reality the death process is actually just a walk in the park, so there is really no cause for fear, one second we in the physical body and in a blink of the eye we are on the 4th plane(4th Dimension). However I sense that you may be under the impression that the entire earth with all the people are somehow going to transform from 3rd Dimension to 4th Dimension. Accordance to my teaching this WILL happen, but not for some time now. We are now in our 5th human race cycle, called Aryan race, and we have another 2 to go. The 4th race was Atlantean, the 3rd race was Lemurian and the first 2 were low level human entities which we are told was a period of genetic engineering!. Most of the Asian races, Chinese, Japanese etc are Atlantean souls and the South African Bushmen and Australian Aborigines are remnants of Lemurian souls.
The Souls I communicate with are reluctant to give information about our future because they say they are not allowed to interfere with our right to self determination and have always warned me of persons making bold statements about the future.

I am 59 years old. Is this change to a 12 stranded dna available to us seniors as well as children. Were these 3 stranders born that way or is it a spontaneous thing. I know Jesus said his reward is WITH HIM when he comes back. How can we be going through the process back to the quasi immortality that ADAM enjoyed BEFORE JESUS comes back WITH HIS reward for us? How long do you suppose it will be until one of us humans achieves a 12 stranded dna helix. This story goes a long way to vindicate a story that ADAM and EVE had a 12 stranded physiology. Does this apply to those who hate GOD or those who do not believe in GOD. How about those who worship SATAN? I would like to see a posting of a world wide sampling of just who is doing the changing.

“Everyone has one double helix of DNA”
I hate to be a buzzkill but this is wrong. We have 26. Each chromosome is actually one extremely long molecule of deoxyribose nucleic acid. Adding a third “strand” to these molecules would seriously compromise cellular and sexual reproduction. Imagine trying to put a third set of teeth on a zipper several thousand miles long… Why would you even try” When this would not increase the data capacity only the complexity of the process.
The information stored in DNA is coded along the length of two mirror image strands. When a cell divides the two strands unravel and two new strands mirror themselves unto the old ones creating an exact copy. A third strand of DNA would not improve this but wreck it at worst or just make it more difficult. Making something more complex does not make it more beautiful. And life is beautiful!
To all those folks having trouble with the idea of three DNA strands. Mostly, I think you are saying it doesn’t compute because our science says it doesn’t/can’t compute. All I want to say on the subject is that I don’t think we can approach this topic from the viewpoint of 3D science. I think we are going to have to get our heads around the idea that science is going to change completely. We are moving into a higher vibration, which looks like it is going to alter everything we now know. As I think about this, I would suggest that those scientists who can get on board now and be open to completely new ways of thinking will be able to serve us well in the future!

However, for you to come out with this information with no DEFINITIVE proof to back up your opinions is at best, guess work, and at worst, slander. The link to the website that you show just leads to a site that only creates more questions than it answers (meaning, is this site reputable, what are the authors credentials, etc…). It would be also greatly appreciated if you would bring up your viewpoints from a place of love and not condescension. Many of us who do come here (myself included) DO research (for many, many hours) into these things. Please do not ASSUME that we do not conduct research. To assume is to make an ass out of you and me, is it not? As I mentioned before, there is no need for condescension, only love here, and also globally (referring to the love). I would highly suggest that you remember that the next time you post here.
I think this is a great ‘general’ post to everyone, EO! Many thanks Eo! I wish everyone would read it! Thanks for stating this so simply and clearly. Because there are so many of us who have never learned the healthy rules for good discourse, we too often put our words down in a ‘stinging’ way as the result of a gut response, and we fail to say that this is our opinion.
As far as I am concerned, integrity is the key here. Before responding, ask yourself if what you are saying is the unqualified, ‘real’ truth. You should be able to document it, or perhaps just reference the source. If you can’t then you very likely are ‘speaking’ in the realm of opinion, which is really not worth too much, because no one can trust it or hang their hat on it.
Please be mindful of all these concepts and ideas, which were knew to me not too long ago. We have to realize we have been born into a world of separation, and our parents rarely demonstrated these skills for us to learn. We simply didn’t discuss such ideas as a family, which is what I see us doing here – as a family – and we are getting better and better at it. Certainly, not many of our parents were aware and so could teach us. If we are going to learn to get along together, I believe we have to come to terms with these ideas. Otherwise, we’re simply going over old ground, doing the same thing we’ve always done, and that will keep us in a lower vibration. Do all of you comprehend this? I think it is a scientific fact.
My sense of the future says that many of you will be called on to share your thoughts and ideas, and so I hope you will learn to present them in a kindly way!
Anyway, please give my words some thought!

I would say that you are correct. There is no use to us, our old blood. To a government that has worked with the aliens and decided (obviously) to not be on the side of Light, it provides great benefits. We all must stay in contact and stay as one, we will rise as one.
