As many know, I offered new information that I had just received yesterday, on my show.
I will go through that information and how we can use it for our cause. I say ‘Our Cause’, which to me is Freedom, and all that goes with it.
The new information was a second contact by those famous families that seem to own everything.
The bad guys are trying to negotiate surrender.
ALL of them are in a very real bind, their funds have been cut off, and it looks like all of us are getting ready to come hunting them.
A part of that contact came from another person who stated that they are scared out of their wits…
Think of the idea of everybody and anybody being an enemy who just might be hunting you…hmmm?
I have offered the idea of a ‘conditional settlement’ on my show that gets everything done we have been trying to do.
1- Reality needs to be faced, like it or not.
-That reality is the choice of peace or war. IF We The People come after them, they have said they will fight to the very last man.
This means that even those few could inflict extreme damage in many places.
Yes, they have problems, BUT, they are not helpless, and most know what they are willing to do. Add a few military into that and everyone should get the idea.
2- There are three ‘principles’ involved in this.
We The People, Controller of the Collateral Accounts, and The ‘owners’.
What I am doing, by doing this, is to give an idea to all parties involved, what might be acceptable. Nothing more, nothing less.
This is NOT anything official.
BUT
It will give We The People a voice and will be presented to the other two principles.
This offers a basis that can be used as leverage in these negotiations.
AFTER the vote is taken, I will offer the results to our negotiator, and make the results known on Sunday, 1 – 3 EST.
It is very important that everyone who wants their freedom to vote.
We are not the only ‘freedom’ people involved in this. America has some 300 million +, and there are billions of people who stand to benefit from these negotiations.
This is just my attempt to help in all this…
The following is what I stated on my show on Wednesday 6/6/12. Each will be listed in the order I stated them.
1- N.E.S.A.R.A. The National Economic Security And Reformation Act.

A project was completed where individuals from various states filed a package containing these documents with The Court of The Hague.
This was a ‘Notification Process’ of We The People declaring our freedom once again to the world.
Those who requested the project were satisfied with the results.
I know a lot of people are concerned with their identities for this vote.
Believe me when I say the none of us have had ANY privacy for years…’they’ know who you are already.
UNDERSTAND that the only thing that will be put out will be ONLY the numbers, nothing else.

This vote is not nearly comprehensive enough. Not by any stretch of the imagination. WE WILL NOT BE PANDERED TO! Literally billions of lives have been lost, people have struggled and suffered, all to enrich a few! Everyone I spoke with said incarceration and total asset forfeiture would be a must! Debbie, regardless of Drake’s intention, whether he is good or propaganda or the credibility of his source of his information, what I’m looking at is the storyline…the script if you will. The Cabal has a record of well crafted long term plans. If they are writing any part of this story, I expect it to be written well with all the twists and turns planned out years in advance.
We are story tellers by nature. The one here has had a plot of Good vs. Evil. And it was progressing toward Good wins decisively against Evil which promised a MAJOR OBVIOUS overhaul of the system reaching everyone and transforming our daily live with free safe power, anti-gravity cars and meaningful jobs. That was a very positive story and an infectious one…but it is a story that can be easily proven to be true or false.
The new plot line focuses us away from firm proof and “wonders”. Now the focus is on letting whoever is in charge of our well-being negotiate with Evil over the “big picture.” There has to be proof here to but it is much easier to manufacture and harder to disprove. The message seems to be, “Be happy with what the “principles” you can get.” I can easily imagine the powers that be deciding to sacrifice a few pawns “whose names we all know” and have their highly controlled media blame them for some of their horrible crimes. Most people are willing to look no further than revenge satisfied. They know us all too well!
As Michael points out, since we don’t know the specifics of what or even who we are dealing with, this makes the definition of success vague at best.. We could be given some seemingly high profile arrests that don’t really disrupt the overall scheme of things and might even harm good people. Even the people we do know about are mostly elderly folks. Bush Sr. at 87 can’t even walk unassisted anymore. The other “heads” we’ve been told about are all well up in age. I would imagine they are fast becoming simply figureheads with another generation already picked to take the torch or actively carrying it. We don’t even know who they are so how can we know when the ‘right” arrests come?
Frankly, when I get my anti-gravity car, see people offered meaningful work and see the nuclear plants and oil pollution silenced…then I’ll believe we have won. They can arrest many people and not change a thing.

I would say they already know who we are as Drake said above….we are spied on from every angle possible….
I do have one concern, as great as the positive aspects sound, about the return to the Constitution, et al – and that is, being a woman, does that mean I go back to being chattel, without a right to vote? After all, women didn’t get the right to vote until the 19th amendment. Perhaps if the phrase “All men are created equal” was replaced with “All people (or humans) are created equal” I would be less uneasy about this return to the original. Freedom is terrific, if one is included. However, that was not the case originally. Other than that, I’m willing to shine as much light to the situation as I can.

However, I believe there is a bigger picture (without wishing to be presumptious about your own convictions) in which there is both a galactic and a transcendental dimension to the “end-times”, which we are in today, which leads me to conclude that the solution cannot rest exclusively with troops on the ground.
The imminent Golden Age, which has been foretold by many ancient cultures, heralds a return to Galactic status alongside the good guys from the star nations. This to be accompanied by a considerable shift in consciousness from so called 3rd density to 5th density. Whilst we are examining ongoing world events with only 3D consciousness, we are not ideally equipped to make accurate guesses about the exact course or nature of this transition of Gaia and her inhabitants. This perspective makes Drake’s gesture seem somewhat naive and ultimately pointless. Whilst there is a need for humanity to wake up and participate, ultimately I believe the divine timelines and end goal exist beyond the control of either the good guys or the bad.

I don’t have the answers but 2012 Portal had something interesting on it yesterday about the reasons the military chose to allow us to participate in a vote due to negotiate with the cabal. . Apparently, the cabal has access to viruses and other harmful weapons and rather therefore they decided to let us have a say in the matter.

Don’t get me wrong I am all for a peaceful resolution, even to the point of mass leniency in some areas, but I believe we all need something, something that I think we all can easily verify as some truth. If Drake, the Generals, a senior USA Politician or some other World Government couldn’t verify just one thing that is being said, then we all need to seriously look at where this is taking us. Seemed pretty simple to me. 1-yes 2-yes 3-yes I’ve been in the belly of that beast and I recognize a fellow NonCom I can trust.
what is our 3rd option, to do nothing? We have already tried that..
the thing is, we can say that we want war rather than negotiations because someone else would have to fight it. We have words for it but perhaps not enough brave men to follow through with the plan. I want to see the cabal in handcuffs, as do most of us, but maybe first we negotiate our finanical system, the constitution, our bill of rights, abolition of the Patriot Act, introduction of the surpressed technologies and then if they act up, we take them out. That makes sense to me. Finally, I do trust Drake and i have always been really good at judging character. I have listened to every word he has said since March and he is solid as the Grand Canyon but has a terribly difficult job to do to try to educate American’s.

That is one part of the problem presented by this ill-advised vote – it’s hard to know what one is voting for. As far as I can tell, they want to know what conditions we demand of the cabal in order to accept their surrender. The top cabalists apparently can see they will be in prison for life, if they are lucky, and are trying to negotiate their freedom by threatening a war of attrtion between their loyalists and mercenaries vs the Pentagon oathkeepers. I say tell them this: surrender all power, all funds, all suppressed technologies, and we will give you a fair trial. Period. This is already a war – they have been massacring us for centuries. End the war by ending the cabal completely. Mid-level operatives who may have been coerced will naturally receive clemency. Hardened satanist leaders will meet justice. Listening to Drake I sense he is for real, but not in touch with the full picture. The spirit of his approach feels grounded to me, and the overall intent of the plan looks sound.
However, this call for a vote on whether to wage war on the cabal or negotiate their surredner makes me question his military bona fides. There is no way any of us are competent to make that call, which requires detailed situational awareness of logistics, strategic leverage, risks, weaponry, and resource allocation. Such a decision needs to be made by a legitimate and well-informed commander-in-chief, able to cunningly marshal military and diplomatic pressure to acheive the aims for which the people went to war. AUTHORIZATION for war is not required – we have been at war for years on the plainest authorization possible: the right of a people to not be enslaved and exterminated.
Drake at one time spoke disparagingly of President Obama as a cabal stooge, but has recently hinted that Obama may, in fact, have been working quietly behind the scenes (at peril of his life, with JFK as the example) to bring down the cabal. This would be the moment, it seems, for Obama to step into his role, and declare his true allegiance. Would the alliance and the positive military obey his orders? Would he survive another cabal assassination attempt? We have no way of knowing. But somebody has to make this call of war vs negotiation, and it sure as hell ain’t us! General Patton didn’t stop the Third Army halfway to Berlin to ask FDR to have America vote on whether to kill Hitler or ask him nicely to step down! Somebody needs to step up and make sure that these people are never able to harm anyone again – whatever that takes!
Cobra, if you are for real, you have my thanks and admiration for your long struggle. If you are bogus, may God have mercy on you. Just tell your friends to get it done – if negotations can realistically ensure that an enforceable and complete takedown of cabal power can be accomplished without civil war, then do it. If the Resistance consensus is that satanists can’t be trusted, and that we risk everything we have gained by giving them breathing room, then go after them. Well stated Michael. I voted Yes, on the condition that surrender also results in justice for the crimes against humanity. This peaceful surrender must also mean the absolute, true end of the cabal and the complete neutralization of their ability to do harm ever again.
There can be no surrender without facing the consequences of your actions, whether it’s life imprisonment, banishment from the planet, or death. Drake hinted on previous broadcasts that many of the cabal would meet the gallows or firing squad for what they’ve done, especially the pedophile rings and murders. He said that some of these folks are so filled with darkness that no soul remains. We shall see.

I thought there was already a divine plan in place that included arrests, announcements, exposure, trails, etc. Personally, I believe disclosure and first contact should be the number one priority so that we can sit down with the galactics and utilize their wisdom to sort out this mess.

Well said Michael. Drake may be an honest man, but the whole voting thing makes everything that has come down from these folks less believable to me. What exactly will our vote do other than give someone an email list of “some” of the folks who listen to Drake? It could certainly not be construed as a consensus opinion of those affected by military action and would give no idea of the kind of support the results would have among ordinary people. And as you point out so beautifully…We can’t vote on something we know so little about. Even the “terms” are vague.
What technology are we talking about?? How about some dates and specifics? How about some firm promises other than just global ideals? The idea that simply restoring certain laws will fix anything is also questionable. The Monsanto run FDA for instance routinely ignores rulings against it. Florida’s governor just told the Justice department to take a hike over voting rights. So what will our proof be that anything has changed short of seeing definitive action? Are we going to then have another round of seeing lots of articles from the web pitched at us showing new technologies with claims being made that this was part of the deal?? I’ve seen that approach used with claims that the bankers were being taken down. It is very hard to tell who is being forced out and who is pulling their fortune and retiring to the Bahamas when the banking climate is so volatile. .
WF, I somehow think that Drake is not very sophisticated in how to handle a situation like this. I doubt he’s had any training, and certainly he has no think tanks behind him feeding him the very words he says. My guess is that he’s put this out there pretty much on his own, knowing beforehand that it won’t make much difference, but maybe it will get people talking, thinking, etc. I do believe there are folks who watch our blog to see ‘where we are’ in our thinking, how awake we are, etc.
We have to realize that people like Drake are just ordinary citizens, who have been called upon to do something extraordinary. Perhaps they have a bit of a special background but no real training for what they’ve been called to do. They are likely flying by the seat of their pants, and I think they’re doing a darned good job of it. Those with the real skills to help us, professors, teachers, communicators are mostly living by their intellects and as a result are pretty much unaware of what is ‘really’ happening..
If we connect through our hearts with one another, however, it’s a whole different ball game.
We simply don’t judge someone. It doesn’t happen. I’ve watched this, and I know it’s so. I don’t know that Drake understands this, but we should by now be getting the idea. Judgment is all 3D stuff, and the things we judge have little value in a higher context. They are usually about the role we have chosen to play in this incarnation for whatever reason – most likely to learn something. When we let judgment go, it is far easier to relate from soul-to-soul, and then we can really get things done.
