Who is it that decides the people of this country and this planet don’t have the right to know their weather is purposefully manipulated on a continental and global scale?
Who decides this massive and continuous operation is legal yet must kept secret from the public?
Who is it that subjects all of Humanity to meteorologist after meteorologist proclaiming what a ‘mystery’ this decade of manufactured weather has been, as community after community is intentionally drowned, blown, or washed away?

It’s obvious! Suspicious Observers is a paid agent provocateur sent by the PTB’s to destroy Dutch’s credibility.
The PTB’s are really pissed at Dutch. Not only does he explain how Nexrad HAARP works, he also reads the HAARP signatures and then predicts upcoming storms with amazing accuracy.
So the PTB’s have to send in SO to set himself up initially as a credible alternate researcher to report on the same topics as Dutch does. A legitimate alternative source would corroborate what Dutch reports; both sites would appear to be complimentary to each other.
This is how SO builds up trust and credibility so that he is seen as a legitimate alternate source to Dutch. It is at this point that he starts to criticize Dutch; at first the criticism will seem mild but it will build up to more strident attacks over time.
SO’s technique is to make contradictory statements about HAARP so the reader will become confused.

And here in lies the rub….
I’ve been following Michael(Dutch) from the beginning…we’re FB friends….and I found him back in early 2011, because I had figured some of this out for myself…and it was nice to see someone with more computer skills than I have, hammer it down into place….then recently, along comes Suspicious Observers, quite good at what he does, props for sure…but then he starts saying Dutch is full of shit…and the science is bunk….he even went over onto Michael’s page to try and make trouble asking question and mocking him publicly in front of his audience …..then Dutch went over to SO’s page a few days ago and asked him to identify himself, seeing he was calling Dutch a liar, who was it that was doing this…..come out from behind the title SO….as Michael has done….that didn’t happen…by the way…he left Dutch hanging..
Those who know Dutch…know about his mother,his wife and his friend that got shot, all the trouble he went thru when he first started his site etc etc…..But no one knows who SO is, nor will he tell………
When I saw the thread on SO’s page when Dutch was on….SO and his friends tore Dutch and his comments apart, it was a lynching…..attacking him…I guess they perceived their abilities in science far greater that Dutch’s…..by the way Dutch was very peaceful on SO’s page in his questions…no negativity at all…..after Dutch left…SO’s friends and him buzzed amongst themselves about he deserved it…and yah maybe he he’s a nice guys but who cares, he an idiot etc etc….
It was tacky and I wrote a privately message to SO ….but of course, never heard back…so….you guys be the judge….is Dutch a disinfo agent confusing the public or is Suspicious Observers the agent provocateur ???
…I just don’t know myself how two people revealing so much data can differ so dramatically when both claim to want to help people at such an intense time…I know Dutch has always tried to help and put his money where his mouth is….I can’t tell you how many times he told people to have a bug-out kit ready by the door, just in case….he was always promoting protection and survival…
Does SO envy the following that Dutch had collected for two years of constant work? why would it concern him so much when he has his own channel and mission?
He says he’s trying to set people straight…is he?…….I don’t know…I think they both bring vital news to the table to use……

I think Dutch is above board too, Lenore. I’ve been following him from the beginning and am aware of his friends death (murder?) and threats on his on life and family. It is horrible what he has been through especially since he has been doing this for free at his own expense. TBTB go to extreme lengths to block information to us to better our lives and be informed. I don’t trust SO either. It will all work out.

This bugs me to no end. I live in the California desert where we seldom see chemtrails. I imagine it’s because this is a high wind area where the chemicals will move from the place they want them. Well, the weather is calm and the chemtrails are back today with a vengeance. I will be watching closely in the next few days as I expect a storm on the West Coast any day now from this. Sigh…
I live in Las Vegas and they were thick as soup today…first time in a while!
