The Canadian government has reportedly ordered the scientific journals of the country not to publish articles authored by Iranian researchers and scientists.

Iranian academics, who had primarily received an acceptance from the journals, have received new messages that notified them of the journals’ decision not to publish their work due to recent policies adopted by the Canadian government.

In a recent move, the Canadian Journal of Psychiatric Nursing Research refused to publish an article by an Iranian assistant professor despite the earlier acceptance of the article.

The journal argued that it “will not be permitted to publish” the article as previously stated, citing the political and non-academic reasons. It said that Ottawa had closed down its mission in Tehran for what it called the “civil rights abuse of the citizens of Iran” and “the threat to the security of Canadian personnel and Israel.”

On September 7, the Canadian government closed its embassy in Tehran and ordered Iranian diplomats to leave Canada within five days.

In a statement, Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird said Canada views Iran “as the most significant threat to global peace and security in the world,” adding that Iran “routinely threatens the existence of Israel.”

The Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast censured Ottawa’s decision as undiplomatic and a move in line with the policies dictated by Israel.

“The hostile actions of the current racist Canadian government are in fact in line with the policies that are dictated by the Zionist regime (Israel) and the British government,” Mehmanparast said.

Pundits believe Canada’s move to sever diplomatic ties with Iran unveils Ottawa’s submissive attitude toward the Israeli regime.

“Canada’s abrupt move to sever all ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran manifestly springs from a strong Zionist sway which has permeated the political structure of the country,” Iranian academic Ismail Salami wrote in an op-ed published on Press TV website on September 11.

The analyst said that governed as a constitutional monarchy with British Queen Elizabeth II as its head of state, Canada could be viewed as a country “supporting colonizing regimes such as Israel and seeking to isolate the peaceful nation of Iran.”

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Baird have time and again expressed unconditional support for Israel, and are widely believed for dancing to every tune of Israel.

  1. John says:

These clowns do not represent the people of this country. They are pretenders and Criminals.
You want the truth? Here’s Mr.Keshe telling the truth.

There is a very insightful video on YouTube of Amadinejad (excuse spelling) giving a speech at the UN. If anyone has any doubts about this man, they most likely won’t after watching it. Sorry I don’t know the link but it’s very much worth hunting out. He is a peaceful man who only wants peace for the whole world, although our government doesn’t want us to know this. I am English and here in England we are constantly being given misinformation about Iran by the Lamestream Media.

  3. Katherine says:

As a Canadian, I’m constantly dismayed at some of the decisions made by our government, a government that is supposed to make decisions that benefit us here at home and speak for us to the world.

Mr Harper does not speak for me when he stifles both international scientists and scientists of my own country. He does not speak for me when he makes agreements which confer greater rights to foreign businesses than those accorded to domestic ones. He does not speak for me when he votes against recognizing Palestine as a sovereign state. He does not speak for me when he destroys environmental protections already in place. He does not speak for me when he attempts to push through a pipeline that could potentially destroy some of the most beautiful and pristine rain forest in the world. He does not speak for me when all the talking points for all local MPs come from one source, the Prime Minister’s Office.

He does not speak for me, but he does work on my behalf. He has taken on his role in order for others of our population to become more self aware, to make better choices, to see themselves for who they really are. A soul that has taken on that kind of darkness for the benefit of others bears a heavy burden. I would not want to be him.

I am reminded of something from Neale Donald Walsch’s book The Little Soul and the Sun. One little soul promises to help a friend who wants to experience himself as the light. He promises to help but says, “In the moment that I strike you and smite you, in the moment that I do the very worst to you that you can imagine…remember who I really am.”

Mr Harper, your choices make my voice clearer, stronger, and more focused on what I want to do in the world. So even though you don’t speak for me, and I disagree with most of your decisions, thank you.

  4. Duke says:

These two morons do not represent the thoughts and wishes of most Canadians. They DO represent some of the filth that needs to cleansed from our world.

    • Realmz Lord says:

They represent the Rothschild family. They own Canada, And my country too. mmmmm even though this is sad. Still feels like i’m watching them shoot themselves in the foot.

  5. Cheryl says:

I am certainly not in agreement with Harper’s Zionist lovefest, and am willing to bet most of my fellow Canadians aren’t either. Harper is bananas and scary with it, but HE DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ME.
