When war between Israel and Iran seemed imminent, Israeli graphic designer Ronny Edry shared a poster on Facebook of himself and his daughter with a bold message: “Iranians … we [heart] you.” Other Israelis quickly created their own posters with the same message — and Iranians responded in kind. The simple act of communication inspired surprising Facebook communities like “Israel loves Iran,” “Iran loves Israel” and even “Palestine loves Israel.”

I would love to see the reaction of Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Syria… leaders about this unsurpassed feelings of love amongst their youth! That video clip by Ronny, would it trigger any feelings in their hearts?…if they do have one!
This is all good and what not, but …… WHAT is Israeli love revolution going to do about their Apatheid policy? What are they going to do about their disregard for Palestinians land? The Zionist movement through the Balfour Declaration, has invaded Palestine over a Religious doctirine and have tken over their land … continually to this day expanding. Remember Rachel Corrie? Operation Cast Lead? How bout November Bombing of GAZA again where 171 murdered?
I learned of the problem there from an Israeli peace activist who despite being frail and elderly had travelled from Israel to South Florida to speak at my college years ago.
Just like here in America where many of us have given up doing the “fun” things that most people do to spend our time protesting things like The School of the Americas in Ft BEnning GA(The world biggest and BEST Terrorist Training Camp!), there are a LOT of people in Israel working for peace. There are people there who every day work with Palestinians and others to promote peace, and to create solutions to the horrible problems the people face with lack of water, food, sanitation etc.
I have spent from 1972 til now protesting every war, working, creating web sites, zines, articles for school publications and other underground publications, Occupying, carrying signs-you name it we’ve done it! and still my government chooses to murder children with drones, still we have 268 military bases all over this planet. We have the largest prison population in the world-bigger even than China who has many times our population! and many of ours, most, are aparthied prisoners-funnelled into the system because they are not white, not wealthy, not educated.Plenty more are there because they are activists, especially environmental activists who get insanely long and harsh terms for small infractions such as conversations;-/
What the people who started and have spread Israel Loves Iran, Iran Loves Israel etc have done is refuse to allow that dynamic of the govt’s have the power because they have the weapons stop them from believing in and acting on their own Love. I think that is awesome and hope more of us join them every day.
Indeed Idle No More Global is a great idea;-) We choose Love, Respect, Peace and a clean and healed environment and we stand in Solidarity on every continent! (You know thry were Occupying in Antarctica too!!;-)

Your sentiment comes from the heart. But how can you promise to NOT bomb Iran when you are not in charge of the bombs?
I saw this video on face book this past week it’s turning into International LOVE IDLE NO MORE Jean as this video go’s all around the planet WOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and it was born in Israel by this kind and caring soul. 2013 is indeed a year of change.
