An Urgent Update from the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) – Brussels

In a statement to Reuters today, Vatican officials announced that Joseph Ratzinger will remain a permanent resident of Vatican City after his resignation. Doing so will offer him legal protection from any attempt to prosecute him in connection with sexual abuse cases around the world, Church sources said today.
“His continued presence in the Vatican is necessary, otherwise he might be defenseless”.
This startling admission of guilt by the church is also a direct obstruction of justice, and lends more weight to the charge by the ITCCS and others that the Vatican has arranged with the Italian government to shield Ratzinger from criminal prosecution, in violation of international laws ratified by Italy.
Commentary:
The Vatican decided today to give permanent sanctuary to a proven war criminal by allowing Joseph Ratzinger to obstruct justice and evade prosecution for crimes against humanity. And the government of Italy is colluding in this abrogation of international law.
This decision validates our claims about the criminal conspiracy surrounding Ratzinger and his Vatican co-conspirators. It also makes it clear that the Vatican is a rogue power that is flaunting every law to conceal its own criminality.
In response, the ITCCS calls upon its affiliates and all people of conscience to use our upcoming Easter Reclamation Campaign to converge on Rome and the Vatican to force the extradition of Ratzinger from Vatican City, and place him and his accessories on trial for crimes against humanity.
Commencing Sunday, March 24, 2013, our activists and others will begin an escalating series of Catholic church occupations and seizures of church property to bring about Ratzinger’s extradition and reclaim stolen wealth from the criminal corporation known as Vatican Inc. – in the name of the legion of their victims, both living and dead.

Those whom the gods destroy, they first drive insane. Especially, it seems, in Rome.
Why would the oldest and wealthiest institution on our planet deliberately prove what its critics say about it, by first tossing their leader, a proven crook, out of his office after he’s threatened with arrest, and then giving him shelter to avoid prosecution? That’s the kind of panic and illogic displayed by a junior document-shredder, not a credible or wise body of men.
And that gives all of us hope.
Rome’s incredible admission that they can’t have the Pope stand trial has strengthened our cause and legitimacy enormously, proving that no matter how big is your guilty opponent, provoking him for long enough will cause him to destroy himself by his own fear and stupidity.
Protecting Ratzinger within the walls of the Vatican may halt justice for a moment, but it violates a basic rule of warfare, which is to never give your enemy a permanent focus for their attack. Ratzinger, the evil Emperor, now a permanent fixture in the Vatican? The absurdity of offering such an ongoing focus to the civilized world’s hatred of catholic criminality is also a sign that the church is adrift and improvising. But it also shows how genuinely worried is the Vtaican about the legal offensive mounted by our affiliates, lawyers for torture survivors, and the International Criminal Court.
The Vatican is pulling out all stops to keep Ratzinger out of court. Their loyal, one-man owned Italian media is assaulting the crap out of yours truly and our ITCCS these days, playing the “Deny, Distract and Discredit” strategy of any damage-controlling corporation.
Tottering Liz Windsor, aka Queen of England, is making a special and unprecedented trip to Rome on March 6 to kiss the ring, or other parts, of the new CEO of Vatican Inc. And Italian President Napolitano is meeting with President Obama today in Washington to undoubtedly line up more American backing for the Pontiff – not that Obama needs much encouraging, having stood loyally behind Ratzinger’s claim of “diplomatic immunity”.
But all to no avail, ultimately. When the Bloody Emperor stands naked, only our illusions keeps him protected and immune from the final accounting that is coming.
The tornado that followed my first exorcism outside the Vatican in 2009, and the lightning that struck it on the day of Benedict’s resignation, were not accidental. Joe Ratzinger should know from the history of his own former SS buddies that criminal institutions can run, but they can’t hide – even behind all the wealth and pomp in the world.

Its only a Zionist world Jewry plot against the Vatican and Catholics. That is why Jews have always been hated & Persecuted?
I always used to wonder what it was about Jews that made people throughout history despise them. If they were indeed “God’s chosen” I thought, they had to be the unluckiest people in the history of the world. Why were they persecuted throughout history?
Why had the Nazis herded them into cattle cars and taken them to “extermination camps” to dispose once and for all of the “Jewish problem?”
I suddenly recognized that if Hitler had developed a “Final Solution” to the Jewish question, that there had to have been a “Jewish Problem.” Could the Jews have in any way behaved in such a manner that would make the countries in which they resided turn against them, or were they just unfortunate, innocent victims?
I set out to find answers for my questions, mainly turning to the Internet, but also reading various books on the subject. What I found became increasingly disturbing to me.
I had not known that throughout history, the Jews had been expelled from 79 countries, some countries more than once.
I had not known that many of the claims they made about the Holocaust that I had believed unquestioningly for so long were in fact fraudulent.
The books I had read and the movies I had seen about the “Holocaust” and wept over were nothing but thinly veiled attempts to garner unwavering sympathy for the state of Israel and an excuse to extort billions of dollars from Germany and 1.25 billion dollars from the Swiss banks.
I discovered that a book I had read many times as a teenager and cried about, Anne Frank’s Diary, had been at least partially written by someone other than Anne Frank.
I learned that the confessions at the Nuremburg Trials and the executions of so many German “war criminals” were were extracted under torture and the defendants were being tried, judged and condemned by their very accusers.
I learned about the “false flag” operations, especially the Lavon affair and the tragedy of the USS Liberty, an American ship that was attacked by the Israelis during the 1967 war. 34 young American men were killed and many more wounded.
To add insult to injury, the Israelis claimed that it was simply an unfortunate case of mistaken identity, something the survivors of the Liberty have always vehemently denied. They, however, were threatened with court martial if they were ever to tell their stories.
I learned about the Jonathan Pollard spy case and other incidents of Israeli Jews spying against their supposed “closest ally.”
I became shocked and horrified as I learned about the treatment of the Palestinian people in the occupied territories at the hands of the Israeli Defense Forces and the Jewish settlers. Israel purports to be the only democracy in the middle east, but it’s only a democracy for Jews. Non-Jews are not considered equal.
I was saddened to see pictures of innocent Palestinian children burned beyond recognition or suffering from serious gunshot wounds after being targeted by the IDF for no other reason than that they are Palestinian.
I found out about the Jewish history of avariciousness, larceny, lying, manipulation and their questionable and usurious business practices.
I learned about their roles in the radical homosexual movement, the radical feminist movement, the pornography industry as well as their over-representation in the abortion industry.
I discovered their role in organized crime, in the slave trade, in the civil rights movement and in Communism, an ideology that is responsible for the deaths of untold millions and the repression of many millions more.
I learned that it was Jewish supremacists behind the war against Christianity and Christmas. It is they who want God out of the Pledge of Allegiance and all symbols of Christianity removed from public life.
They have driven Christianity from the public schools despite Christianity being the majority religion.
They have taken Christmas out of the public school calendar despite the fact that it is a statutory holiday and it is named Christmas.
I read about the anti-Gentilism and hatefulness of the Babylonian Talmud and their utter disrespect for, and hostility towards Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary and Christianity and Christians in general.
I learned about their “chutzpah” in claiming that Gentile lives were worth no more than the lives of barnyard animals but that they considered Jewish lives to be akin to God Himself. It’s okay to steal from a Gentile or to kill a Gentile, but Jewish lives are sacred.
I learned of their control of the majority of wealth, the media and academia despite them making up less than 2% of the population (even lower in Canada).
They are behind the ridiculous political correctness movement and hate crime legislation that was drafted so as to silence anyone who might figure out their agenda and attempt to shed light on it.
Men like German Rudolf, David Irving and many more, previously recognized as great historians, were arrested, charged with hate crimes and incarcerated simply for having made academic inquiry into a specific period of history.
Other so called “revisionists” or “holocaust deniers” have been intimidated, harassed, assaulted and smeared simply for trying to get at the truth.
I found out that the Jews are responsible for our wide open immigration policies that have created the nightmare we call “multiculturalism,” “diversity,” inclusiveness” and “pluralism.”
It is mostly they who push for race mixing and miscegenation, knowing full well that it would eventually lead to those of white European descent being minorities in their own countries and the eventual extermination of white European DNA.
It is patently clear that the war in Iraq is due solely to Israel wanting to hobble her enemies by destabilizing their governments in order to achieve hegemony in the middle east.
It would be unthinkable for Israeli Jews to die for this cause, so they manipulated the US into the war with the help of the Jewish Zionist “Israel firsters” in the Bush administration in order that the blood of way too many young American men and women is shed instead.
It is they who control the middle eastern foreign policy of the most powerful country in the world, the USA. It is they who control congress, the senate and the puppet president, George W. Bush.
They have such control in movies and television that we are now subjected to endless programs and Hollywood movies that mock Christianity, Christian values and degrade the traditional family.
After sober reflection on what I had discovered about Jewish supremacy and Zionism, I had to abandon all my previously held notions as to the history of Jewish persecution.
What I have trouble understanding is why they continue this behavior in whichever society they live, knowing that eventually they will overplay their hand and their perfidy will be exposed yet again.Has history taught them nothing?
As more and more people become aware of what is going on and who is responsible for it, anger is going to rise as it already has in the former Soviet Union and eastern European countries.
They may control television, movies and the print media, but they don’t control the internet. At least not yet. Blogs and websites devoted to “outing” the Jewish supremacists will ultimately be their downfall.
If everyone who sees this information passes it on to at least one other person, the crimes and misdeeds of the Jewish supremacists and Zionists will be exposed. Please, do your part. Pass it on. Our world as we know it is counting on you.
Yeah, keep the pressure on! The Rat…zinger is holing up in his Vatican refuge and praying for salvation and for immunity from prosecution… However, I don’t believe the Pope will stand trial, they will pretend he’s too old and weak and sick, just like those assassins caught many years after Rwanda times or after after the assassination of Salvador Allende (for instance Pinochet) and the unspeakable horrors they inflicted on thousands of innocent people, above all, children. There are worldly rules and every one is supposed to abide by them, – including those in charge of children such as nuns, teachers, social workers and priests or higher in the rank. What was done to the Indian children is a premedited crime and should be prosecuted, whoever the perpetrators are.
I would not go so far as to call him “Holy” Father. There is plenty of documented proof. The Catholic Church is so incredibly corrupt it chills my blood. I was raised a Catholic, am a “recovering” Catholic and being interested in history, I looked into the Church many years ago and found things that shocked me. Let’s start with the Inquisition shall we? Do you know most people don’t even know about the “Inquisition” – Go and google it. Then let’s go and discover that “infallibility” was put in place by an insane Pope and all the Cardinals at that time knew it but didn’t do anything. How about all those Holy Fathers aka Popes who had mistresses? Pope Alexander VI was very fond of his children – one being the infamous Lucrezia Borjia who was married a number of times but unfortunately each of them were poisoned. Lucrezia’s family included of course her father and mother Vannozza dei Cattanei. Her brothers included Cesare Borgia, Biovanni Borgian and Gioffre Borgia. The family later came to epitomize the ruthless Machiavellian politics and SEXUALl corruption alleged to be characteristic of the Renaissance Papacy. One of Lucrezia husband was murdered by Cesare (her brother) because they felt his political value waned. Now, if a Pope knows of clergy that committed crimes to include sexual abuse and murder (even suspected) and Kevin Annett has plenty of church documents and testimonies and they discovered skeletons & if the “Holy Father” ignores it–is he as guilty, allowing it to continue?
I believe that only God be the judge; however God is love and forgiveness is a “given” however we as fellow human beings should be caretakers for each other and we need to protect innocent children (and adults) against criminals. He should be put on trial & if proven guilty, he should be put in jail. Age is not an excuse. It is quite possible that the Holy Father may find his fate similar to the fate of Pope John Paul I who died suddenly after 1 month in office. He made the mistake of looking into the Vatican’s banking practices.
My article, listed above as a “response” to the Holy Father’s alleged hiding out in the Vatican is extremely misleading. I wrote a light-hearted piece and did so with no malice towards the Pope.
On top of this your article is rather inaccurate that somehow the Italian government is “over” the Vatican. They are two separate nations. At least get your facts straight.
I am only publishing from another site. It is not ‘my’ facts that are incorrect. I think, however, the premise is that the Italian government and the Vatican do not really act as two separate nations. This may, indeed, be more the fact than that they are in legal language anyway two separate nations. Hugs, ~Jean
And you may be correct…I just hate to pronounce the Holy Father as other than “innocent until proven guilty.” Could he have some guilt or have done more? Perhaps and in fact we will never know for sure. But my guess is that, if so, he is suffering enough by losing the Papacy and it is time to let him rest. Most who are his age are in assisted living situations. I would just say let God be the judge on this one.
