Ask yourself the question…who gave these OPPT people the right of power and authority to file “anything” on your behalf? Did you? No you did not. Does what OPPT filed make you free? No it does not. Does what OPPT filed make you sovereign? No it does not.
They have usurped your free will to choose by not asking you for your permission, abdicating your personal responsibility just like the fiction ghost government corporation does every day of your artificial life against your will, with every move you make and every breath you take.
OPPT is not in control of anything let alone themselves, simply because they filed a declaration that went unrebutted with a fiction entity who does not exist. If all OPPT did was to bring someone to the awareness about the issue of their personal sovereignty this is a good thing. Anything else is in direct contradistinction and totally counter productive to the peoples emotional wholeness and spiritual development, because they cannot teach you what they do not know..
They are dealing with fiction ideas attempting to put new age spiritual sounding words together that do not make sense convoluting an already very complicated and confusing situation by getting people to believe you can BE and DO at the same time, when you absolutely cannot BE who you were intended to BE while you are DOING fiction things in a fiction artificial life where there is no substance for any real value, for any real meaning whatsoever.
OPPT is operating in a fiction artificial world filing fiction documents, there is no transparency with OPPT, because the truth has not been told to be exposed at this time. There has been no full disclosure of the truth of the Human Beings very strong feelings about all of the lies still hidden and covered up for the knowing of what just exactly the truth of the Human Being is.
Everyone is still living a life totally immersed in a fiction realm keeping an image propped up too cautious with their words holding back expressing themselves for fear of rejection in a popularity contest. .The truth is stranger than fiction and is still being censored protecting people from knowing, because the truth is still foreign in a fiction land and you cannot yet tell it freely and openly in harmony to express yourself without the mistrust of others and you don’t understand it.
The OPPT followers are simply misled, misguided and misdirected by more people with an agenda to save the world, when they cannot even save themselves.
Just because a thing is “legal” does not make it “lawful”. Just because someone maybe sincere, “absolute” sincerity is no guarantee for the truth. You simply remain functional but illiterate to the true nature of what you are up against and therefore cannot do a thing about it except to whine and complain for more cheese please.
You are simply BEING bamboozled by the deceptive practices of an ex prosecutor who is a BAR card carrying member working for Queen Lizzy of London against the people in a system she does not understand, because she is not a judge privileged to know certain things the rest of the court does not.
A “pro-se-cutor” has “no-say-so”, until you the people give it to them out of your own mouth. The prefix “pro” means “no” and the prosecutor has “no say so” unto themselves. A “no-say-cuter” who cannot help you and does not have your best interest at heart.
The greatest gift you can give someone is a part of yourself and if you do not have a self to give then you are sucking like an energy vampire is a fiction system made for DOING THINGS that has nothing to DO with BEING anything sovereign.
Did they make you sign anything? No they did not.

DavidG, you clearly have a selective reading problem. There can be no “Absolute Data” when the truth has not yet allowed to be told for exposure . It is still being held back and covered up so you cannot yet know it for the sharing at this time. That is the hold up for progress and you don’t understand it.
The term “absolute data” is simply a new “Buzz Word” made up for what otherwise is called the truth, but people like catchy new fads and avoid the truth, so they buy into what others are saying, instead of Being Able to discern the intent of the fiction language presented in new packaging.
So essentially you only know data about what absolute fiction is, though it is not the truth of the human being. Until that great feat of truth telling is accomplished without self concern and without compromise for the knowing of your very strong feelings without you getting pissed off and leaving, because you just can’t take it anymore. So it’s still groundhog day where nothing ever changes and everything stays the same going nowhere fast.
There is no one on planet earth at this time who knows the “absolute date”, because this is a kindergarten planet that has not yet evolved to know the truth of the human being in order to move past operating at about a 5th grade level.

Hi Jean, re your question on the funds for the betterment of humanity being under the control of the corporations (aka the PTW) that this would be incorrect, all i can say is that to my understanding these were indeed in part or in total, at one time mostly under their control after these were stolen from all of the people.
The idea here is that the PTW have covertly inserted themselves as, so to speak, agents or brokers in between the Prime Creator and its creations, we the people, all of the people.
Originally all of the people equally were meant to share equally in earth’s bounty, this is how it was set up before we agreed to this contract of separation where we consented to incarnate and live this illusion where we could excercise free will in a polarity reality.
Having come to the end of this contract, it was through the legal actions of the trustees that the above mentioned situations were rectified : we are now, as before, free from agents, brokers or any one that had formerly taken the role of mediator (and that includes churches and the like) between Prime Creator and each of us the people.
As well, the bounty that earth offers us -this refers to gold, silver, precious stones, oil, timber etc etc.- has been set free and is now available in equal measure to each and every person, collectively all the people.
I hope this is a good enough answer to your question. I am not a lawyer and Heather has spoken and written more eloquently and clearly about this than i ever could. Basically, this is NOT about money at all but about us being free, the contract is over, we are heading into a new world of our own making and that is very powerful.

To understand (or judge) any figure who claims to have an “authority”, you must unearth the root of that “authority”, or the right to by which they claim to “own land”. Is it due to the Pope or some other stand-in for God such as a monarch, making a decree by fiat that this land belongs to X, and this land belongs to Y, and all who object to this edict must die? To own land (since land ownership is that from which all other ownership is derived) confers on the owner the divine powers of stewardship (aka creation and destruction).
The point about the One People’s Public Trust being a legal extension of a vaguely-described 1776 Constitutional People’s Trust is key. That means the OPPT derives its authority from a 1776 Trust, which itself must have derived its authority from something– perhaps the will of certain people. As far as I can tell, the rules which somebody who was alive back in 1776 may or may not have agreed to abide by is absolutely irrelevant to the Truth of what IS, and what is LIVING now. Yes, we live in a world ruled by corporate governance masquerading as legitimate governments of, by, and for the people, but to argue that we need MORE corporate governance (such as the privately owned central banking systems and international monetary funds which secretly manipulate world markets at will to cause the rise and fall of nations, with no regard as to the will of the people who live in those nations) and more rules of the obviously occult corporate UCC system to solve the problems explicitly created by and to feed the corporate system, is disingenuous at best.
At this time we are in an era marked and destined to be one of global societal change. The Powers That Think They Are know this and want to bend the change in a direction that is favorable to them, when the exact opposite is more likely to happen. Yes, we are capable of taking back the power we have always had, to rule the world– but giving up your powers to the fiat decree of foreclosure made by a corporate trust based upon the authority of people long dead, and expecting this corporate entity to make the world into the perfect place you have always dreamed of is a tad unrealistic. And nauseating.
Forgive me for the Lord Of The Rings reference, but you cannot use the One Ring of Power to do a righteous deed– the only way to win the game is to not play by its rules. The only way to win is to destroy the Ring of Power– not to capture it and then wield it “for the light” or whatever purpose you so desire. The Ring of Power corrupts the bearer — it was cleverly crafted in an earlier age to do exactly that, to extend the rule of what would otherwise be a dead authority (Sauron) into the next age. We are on the threshold of a turning of the ages. We need a new system, a radical shift in thinking that does not produce paperwork (and the oh-so-good-sounding linguisitic sorcery of a Saruman) as a substitute for heart-knowledge and cooperation between LIVING entities, not strawmen.

Thanks for sharing the opinions of the other side of the coin with these videos, it’s always good to have balance in these areas. Personally, just by looking into the eyes of the people in this video, in the still image tells me immediately what they are all about and therefore I will not watch them. That statement is not a judgment upon these people, it is simply what I feel and see within them.
We can each only follow our hearts where the OPPT information is concerned and wherever that leads us, is the place we are supposed to be in that moment. There is no need to argue about what’s right or wrong with all of this information. That just creates frictional energy that is not helpful to or needed by anyone. Simply decide what feels right in your own heart as that is all that truly matters. All information is made available in this reality to allow us to choose what resonates with us on a personal level. These matters that we are now dealing with are in my opinion just the tip of the iceberg. To ensure we all grow and become more aware and conscious and move toward a more peaceful harmonious relationship with each other and our planet let’s just all take a step to the side and appreciate that we are all experiencing our own individual reality and allow for the variations that that entails. Just try to be kind and do no harm. There is just so much truth in the statement, “Do unto others as you would have done unto you.”
I would very much like to remind everyone contributing to this discussion on this blog or others that each of our actions which includes our personal expressions in posts/articles and comments, is now completely transparent to many. The truth cannot be hidden and more and more people will start realizing this fact if they just allow their egos to move aside for a while and allow there hearts to feel what is actually happening.

I tried to watch this vid to get a different perspective, and feel much the same as Detlef. I have actually read the OPPT filings and was in the Legal field for years. It seems these folks haven’t even read the filings, or vetted the fact that they are recorded and unrebutted. Trolls. I’m surprised Jean would post this disinformation. Can we all work together to end the enslavement of our World?

Whosoever is playing their part to wake up humanity so that as many as possible make it through to the next game level are to be congratulated for their efforts and in that category I include those who have accepted to play the most despicable roles of the “dark forces”. They are the ones who have succeeded best in kicking us out of our complacency and acknowledging what we no longer wish to create.
Our main objective in this game is to experience first hand as much as possible so when we give our energy to something such as OPPT, one aspect of ourselves will go with it and opt in and another aspect will reject it and call it rubbish so why take it all so seriously?

I have not attacked the OPPT Cali, no matter what you say. I have merely said I don’t agree with all their suppositions, and I have asked for someone to tell me my ideas are incorrect. It is not up to me to go to them; all you people here who know so much about it can surely answer my two questions, can’t you? The one is a simple one: they say that the funds for the betterment of humanity are under the control of the corporations, and I have suggested that I think that is a false statement and asked for some basic facts. If you don’t want to share that info, that is your choice. I have also said that I think there is not a legal jurisdiction where their case can be heard, and no one has yet said I am wrong. Why?
Many of you have attacked Chris Thomas, but none of you, who seem to be so well informed about OPPT have actually dealt with his statements about our now-lack of real government – according to OPPT. What do you all say to that?
Also, are you accurate about the Declaration of Independence being signed in 1776? That statement of Chris’ was the one that seemed to upset everyone, but I see that someone said the Declaration was not actually signed until much later, and legally, wouldn’t this make a difference?
Let me say that I’m not really promoting a discussion here. If that’s what you want, then as long as you treat each other with respect you can have it on my blog. I only asked for a couple questions to be answered, and so far all you folks who think OPPT is so great haven’t yet answered my question. Why? I’m beginning to wonder. . . I think those questions are pretty darned important, because if you think people have gotten interested in OPPT only because they now understand the sick ruse that has been used against us and have no interest in the financially hopeful aspects of OPPT that seem to have arisen with OPPT, I think you’re missing something pretty important.
For years, I’ve not been the only one who has known about the false matrix and the way this country has been run as a corporation, but people didn’t really get too interested in what was going on. In fact, most of the people I knew/know were and are still in denial about that fact. Suddenly, however, when OPPT said our losses could be recouped, when there was money coming to us, the interest in OPPT increased exponentially all across the planet. Why was that I have to ask? Was spiritually finally clicking in? Were we all finally understanding the spiritual aspects and responsibilities of being sovereign human beings? From the tone of the responses I’ve gotten today, I somehow don’t quite think that is the answer.
Now, all I did was to ask two questions, and no one seems to know enough about OPPT, at least those of you who read my blog don’t seem to know enough about it – to answer those questions. You see, I’m really only interested in getting the answers to those questions, but I’m not so interested in answering them for myself – because I already have a pretty good idea what those answers are. I’ve been trying to make a point on my blog. That’s all. If you all aren’t interested enough to find out those answers for yourselves, well, then, I guess that is the end of this ‘thread.’

The ‘funds’ mentioned here is the energetic value of each and every human which the ‘corporations’ have controlled by deception.
There is no case to be heard – the filings stand unrebutted and so are lawful.
The declaration of Independence was ‘Declared’ in 1776, which lead to the war of independence. The Declaration was signed later.
Do we wish to pursue value in commodities such as gold and silver or do we shift our perspective from external value to internal value. Energy is value and we all have that in equal abundance, it is incorruptible and immeasurable.
I think my questions are totally valid, David. Why are/were Shrout and Sakli even the slightest bit involved in OPPT? What are/were they doing there? Did you read the statement in RED in an article written by someone involved with the Trust? How can it refer to anything else, when I myself read on Removing the Shackles a direct reference to OPPT having control of the Global Accounts? “All of us, including you, are the beneficiaries of this Trust. The funds that were kept in “safekeeping” for the people of this planet by the corporate commercial entities are now being kept for us by the One People’s Public Trust (OPPT).”
You are the only person who has rebutted my statement with anything coming close to logic, and so I thank you. Still, what funds ‘for the people of the entire planet’ are the people at OPPT really talking about then? The other statement – How are you going to deal with this in a Court of Law, which cannot/will not address your case still goes unanswered. People are spending hours and hours of time dealing with these documents, David, trying to understand how to file, etc., and so I doubt very strongly that they are doing any spiritual inner work. This is pure nonsense to my mind.
These systems are coming down. They are going to utterly collapse, and you folks will still be trying to ‘deal’ with them. Why? For what reason?

Shrout and Sakli have never been involved with OPPT. Each have given commentary, that’s it.
What is the only true value on this planet, is it shiny metal or is it energy? As Keshe says “How much gold do you want? I’ll go and make it!” All these things have no true value any longer. Whatever funds have been stashed away for safeguarding are illusory. The value is us.
In answer to the court of law, we do not need to deal with them. They are forclosed. Nothing needs to be signed. If anyone right now is facing immediate forclosure by these forclosed institutions then they can use the Courtesy Notices.
David, do you understand what ‘they’ do to people who don’t pay their taxes? Have you watched the movie, America, From Freedom to Fascism? How are people going to survive? It just doesn’t make any sense, but you are entitled to your opinion. Also, I’m sorry but I clearly read that the OPPT is now in control of the Global Accounts, and (I think) the BIS. That is utter nonsense . . . and while they may have withdrawn that claim, why did they ever, ever make it?

I understand well what ‘They’ do to people who don’t conform to ‘Their ways’. They are US and WE are THEM, the tide has turned, how long are we going to be fooled by ourselves?

I agree with you that you’re not attacking OPPT but it does show that you don’t fully understand it yourself when you run an article stating that one should not sign up for the OPPT. For a while I followed OPPT with solid enthusiasm. It resonated with me as it does with so many others. I expressed my interest under another of your posts. With respect I read your comments about the OPPT.
On the brink of jumping onboard the OPPT “ship,” when the above two videos entered my field several nights ago, I watched them. Honestly, initially I didn’t want to hear any criticism about something that felt so right, however, I ended up viewing them completely and with an open mind.
And I am SO glad I did because there are very valid points made that beg answers about OPPT and what they are doing, what the legalese really means, and much more.
These videos with Arthur and Fiona Cristian, along with the article by Chris Thomas point out many red flags regarding OPPT in my opinion and it would serve many posters well to consider this information (remember, in order to make a valid decision we need the “absolute data” on the table) .
One doesn’t need to dismiss the value of OPPT, as pointed out which will serve to awaken people to the corporate slavery system; just keep an open mind, look at all the information, then make a decision.
Jean, your caution is well-placed and based on what I’ve seen I find myself agreeing with you.
