Personal Intention – living from the heart
I intend that I am placing my attention in the center of my heart every day and making decisions from a heart-centered space.
Here’s a simple process to become heart centered (heart-coherent – see the videos below):
1. Become aware of your heart by placing one or both hands over your heart.
2. Breathe slowly and somewhat deeply in and out of your heart. Notice your hand(s) rising and falling.
3. Think of a loving or compassionate scene from your past – something that puts a smile face. It could be a loved one, a pet, or nature.
4. Send that loving thought into your heart area as you continue to breathe slowly and focus on the heart. Do this for at least three minutes. You will become heart-coherent, which has a multitude of benefits (as described in the above videos).
