Market Watch runs story of $43 trillion lawsuit against US banks after CNBC erases their version following murder of CNBC executive’s children.

Per Mike Rivero: “Please share with your friends.
This story about the lawsuit broke Thursday at CNBC. Now following the original CNBC link takes you to a blank page, even though some of the comments on that original article remain (UPDATE: comments have been erased as well).

Here the story takes a dark turn! It turns out that the father of the two children stabbed to death, allegedly by the Nanny, is SVP and General Manager, CNBC Digital! And shortly after the murder of the children, CNBC pulled down the story regarding the lawsuit against the banks!

How long will the story remain at Marketwatch before it is “Orwellized?”

Are the children of the executives at Marketwatch even now in danger?”

CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered, 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit

By JG Vibes
October 27, 2012

This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains.

The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.

Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters.

Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances.

It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.

According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children.

However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides.

Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.

Here is some more information about the lawsuit from the Wall Street Journal:

“In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP — on behalf of home owner across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws — has expanded its mass tort action into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending the return of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000.00) by the “Banksters” and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the “bailout programs” by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP money and other “bailout money” advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to the contrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress.

Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the “Banksters” criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama’s campaign from these same “Banksters” to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its lawsuit to include racketeering, money laundering and intentional violations of the Iranian Nations Sanctions and Embargo Act by the national banks included among the “Bankster” Defendants. “

Some of the alleged conspirators are Attorney General Holder, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris, Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary, Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former “communications director” for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the “Banksters” themselves, and their affiliates and conduits.

It is expected that all news on this subject will be removed from CNBC, and that other news organizations will be discouraged from covering such information.

However, screen shots of the original CNBC article were taken to verify the authenticity of this story.

Assassination and brute intimidation are common strategies for the ruling class to use on people who may threaten their agenda.

This is the second situation this week in which a high level executive was the victim of a suspicious attack that seemed very much like an assassination.

The Intel Hub just reported that Nicholas Mockford, a 60 year old British executive for the oil company ExxonMobil was shot dead in front of his wife in an assassination-style killing in Brussels.

We will be keeping a close eye on both of these stories and provide more details as they become available.

Is it just me or is the the most significant revelation of our time? I have to say that if I were able to find this story on the web just by searching around, wouldn’t the Obama’s and Romney’s of the world, know of it as well? I guess my point is that one would think it could be the kind of thing that could turn the election on it’s ear and yet there is hardly a new mention of it on the web over the last 4 days. It’s crazy enough that mainstream media has given the free passes it has to the tragedy in Benghazi, not to mention the blatant cover up but this could not be more over the top.

More than anything, I just hope that no matter who becomes President, I hope that this case is seen through to it’s important and just conclusion in a court of law, with actual judges we all can trust. Just my opinion… -Jeff

I read one commentary that stated the nanny had a broken vertebrae, how could she do that to herself? Plus, wouldn’t she go for the mother with the knife if she was in a manic killing spree? What I think could have happened is the family was stalked due to the pending article and someone paid the nanny off to get access to the place. She was tricked not aware the children were at peril. She went up to the apartment after helping these people in, someone killed the kids while she talked to someone in another room, then she discovered the kids, shocked and horrified at what was done; in shock she heard the mother come home, turned off the lights and panicked realizing she allowed this to happen by letting the culprits have access. So then she tried to hurt herself knowing she would be blamed or they started to stab her but a lookout from the street called and said the mother was coming so the culprits left and the nanny continued to harm herself knowing it was her fault the punks got access to the kids. Or they really cut up the nanny. Not sure about that piece of it, Now so much is hush hush in the media about the whole thing. My guess is within a very short time media will report the nanny is dead because they will finish her off to shut her up.

Yes, and precisely where (and even more to the point) HOW is this (your math is correct, JoeFriday) $43,000,000,000,000.00 stored. This sum constitutes a huge, physical weighjt/mass to ‘hide”, before then requiring numerous out-size long-haul (air?) craft to transport it.

  11. JoeFriday says:

Just checking the math. $43 trillion = 43,000,000,000,000.00. At least that’s how math was explained to me in school. The article by JG Vibes left out three zeros, making it $43 billion. Big difference to the banksters, but beyond the comprehension of us common folk either way.

  12. Gloria says:

Just a bit more interesting information regarding this story. The twitter feeds for the day in which these two innocent children were murdered, paint a different piture. Some of the news stories about the stabbing say the crime wasn’t discovered until sometime after 5:30 when the mother returned home. This is the same address with times, saying the stabber stabbed HIMself? Note the times. More to this story then we are being told.

Sir Nigel the Shill-iscious , I’m curious – what is someone of your low vibration doing at a positive spiritual forum such as this? It wouldn’t be to purposely spread negativity and bitterness would it? People who don’t believe in the spiritual realm or so called “conspiracies” don’t visit web sites like this nor do they invest time in a venomous diatribe- they just don’t care. You’re either a shill or a man full of a lot of malcontent who has time on his hands to spread discouragement. Don’t you get tired of all the negativity? Consider joining team positive. There’s still time….

  15. Maggie says:

After reading through the actual lawsuit, it’s my opinion that the cabal is trying to put the blame on the good guys for what they are responsible for. This is certainly some twisted logic going on here cause we know who the bad guys are and this lawsuit is trying to “whitewash” the bad guys and blame Obama for it! Nothing new here for the desperados, sure we’d like to see the banksters pay but at what price?!

  20. Nigel says:

You people are idiots. The entire “$43 trillion lawsuit” was a scam out of Eastern Europe that was a press release…NOT A NEWS STORY. It was a fake press release designed to scam people into thinking they could get some money out of the banks by signing on to a fake lawsuit. CNBC removed it because it was obviously a fraud. Again, this was not a news story, it was an attempt at fraud. But it plays perfectly into your psychotic conspiracy theories so at this point I’m ROTFLMFAO. As it’s been said, Common sense is not so common.” Instead of pointing to a bunch of other conspiracy sites, point to one piece of verified news showing who filed the “$43 trillion lawsuit”, where it was filed, and who was named. Please, CNBC has done legitimate pieces on all sorts of people who might want to get revenge against them, but in this case what you have is a family tragedy being exploited: first, to get gullible people (like yourselves) to become plaintiffs in a fake lawsuit, and second, to promote your idiotic conspiracy theories. PLEASE come to your senses.

Right or wrong, Nigel, you show how little you know about caring for your fellow human beings. Why do you speak to us this way! Please! Your vibration is so darned low, it makes me shiver!

Why has CNBC not retracted the story publicly? Why has MarketWatch not done the same? While you may be correct, please supply us with proof that you are correct, something your heavy-handed words do not do, and at the same time, please learn to speak here to us with respect.

Case filed in United States District Court, Eastern District of New York on October 25, 2012, Case No. 12-cv-04269-JBW-RML. I don’t believe the USDC accepts filings of fake lawsuits based on psychotic conspiracy theories, so I would tend to believe there is some substance to the news story. But feel free to crawl back into your warm cocoon of plausible deniability, Nigel. Don’t let cognitive dissonance force you into a spontaneous paradigm shift, where you might start doing a little due diligence before spewing venom and vitriol at others.

  24. lecox says:

This goes beyond “ruling class,” and is not particularly heartening.

What is heartening is that CNBC aired the story in the first place.

The rest of this scenario – assuming the two incidents are connected, which is almost certainly the case – indicates that the criminals “at the top” still have enough reach to terrorize a news organization executive and make it look like some nanny flipped out. This sort of behavior really discourages mainstream media outlets from running the news that they see fit with the content that they deem most accurate. We ain’t out of the woods yet!

I saw that about the children of the CNBC exec being murdered after the article coming out….so tragic…..these people will have quite some karma to deal with down the road…

    • amosouldeer says:

That may be so Raine, from a specific ‘point of view’ – that of 3-d reality.
This is not intended as a criticism, either of you or of anyone else, but more as a statement of fact concerning an alternative ‘point of view’.
For it could equally be suggested that this is an example of karma BEING resolved – that of the children ? When the shift from 3-d reality is complete, there shall be no more karma to resolve. There is no karma in the fifth dimension and above.
The very fact that we, you & I (“Hello… is anyone else out there ?” 😉 are exchanging in this way on this subject ‘contributes’ towards our mutual innerstanding and potential further resultion of our ‘own’ karma…

You are absolutely right! Nothing is good or bad. We agree to come to a lifetime and experience all that. We just cannot remember the agreement that we made with each other in a soul level before we showed up here. Jumping into this duality we just forget about it. These children may have agreed to be part of this before they were born.
