Thanks to J.

Community Rights educator Paul Cienfuegos explains how “We The People” are exercising the authority to govern ourselves and dismantle corporate rule. When small farmers in rural Pennsylvania wanted to say “no” to a corporate factory farm coming into their community, they learned they couldn’t, because it would violate the corporation’s “rights” and state pre-emption laws. So they did something technically illegal – their town passed an innovative ordinance banning corporate factory farming. It worked! The corporation left town. Pittsburgh upshifted the approach: Rather than define what we don’t want, define what we DO want. Their “Right to Water” stopped natural gas fracking in the city. Ordinances like this have been passed in over 150 communities in 9 states. Tune in to learn how this works. Episode 258. 1. What is going on here is terrific, but I feel it leaves too much open to manipulation by people who, in the future, may not have the good of the community at heart.

The root of the problems we face with our government today is our woefully inadequate Constitution. RestoreAustralia has been working for over 15 years to bring about Constitutional change so that We the People can determine how we want to be governed. But this must be done at a Constitutional level or it will never work. This page explains:

RestoreAustralia has published a Draft Constitution, the result of much thought and discussion by over 100 concerned Australians from all walks of life. All Australians are invited to read this draft, consider it, discuss it, and suggest amendments to it.

The plan is to publish a final version later on after input from ordinary Aussies all over the nation. Then we will initiate a Plebiscite vote to ask the people if they would like to initiate a series of carefully considered referendums to vote on the Final Draft.

But before any of this happens we need to take control of the system to INITIATE referendums….we can do that by amending Section 128 of our Constitution to give ALL voters the right….not just the politicians as is the case now…the right to initiate referendums.

With that power, we can start bringing in a Constitution written by Australians for Australia.

You can download a free PDF version of the Draft Constitution here:

I got to meet Cliven Bundy today! He spoke along with others to a group of about 200+ people. One of the issues discussed was how to form Common Law Grand Juries; our constitutional right and the only lawful way to make radical changes NOT at the end of a gun barrel. If Cliven had had access to a Common Law Grand Jury the militia wouldn’t have been needed but thank God they were there.

Secession and Liberty | Ron Paul Published on Feb 2, 2015

The growing number of secession movements around the world gives rise to our topic: breaking away from current government structures that do so much harm to liberty, peace, and prosperity. Recorded at “Breaking Away: The Case for Secession”—the Mises Circle in Houston, Texas, on 24 January 2015.

  5. Ilex says:

This is quite ingenious, however, there are some issues I see that are current or forthcoming:
    1. This will never work in a large city
    2. Is the Incorporated United States becoming UNincorporated soon? If yes, this will change everything.
    3. This move has taken the big corporations by surprise, that means that in a year or two they will have tricks in their bags to circumvent these new laws.
    4. If we go back to the original US Constitution, does that change anything?
These are just thoughts to consider off the top of my head.

I’m so glad you posted this. I just watched this on Thrive and wanted to tell you about it. Finally something positive, a way to fight back. There’s lots of info on Paul Cienfuegos’ site too. It was so uplifting to watch these videos. Thank you
