If you can access the State of the Nation site, I suggest you go there to read it. I tried and tried, and while the Page came in, it was always blank. when I finally got it, I decided to publish the article here as best I could, because I believe it is extremely important. Leuren Moret’s work is always top drawer, and I’m grateful to see her offering her wonderful background research to this effort.

Some have also said this is a false flag that will be blamed on Trump in order to destroy his Presidency. While I have no great respect for Trump, if this is the case, it is despicable behavior.  ~j

Was the Oroville Dam Spillway engineered to collapse at an appointed time?

State of the Nation

There is no other state in the Union that is so integral to the successful implementation of the UN’s Agenda 21 as California.

The Golden State has become a test tube for social engineering (immigration crisis via illegal alien influx), geoegineering (alternating droughts and deluges via chemtrails/HAARP) and civil engineering (sabotaged infrastructure built on fault lines).

The very timing of Jerry Brown’s term as the 39th Governor of California since 2011 holds the key to understanding so much adversity that has befallen the state.

Governor Jerry Brown BETRAYS California Residents, Ignores Geoengineering Causes Of Historic California Drought

As a matter of historical fact, California’s Great Drought officially began in 2011 right after Gov. Brown took office.  Clearly, this and other major political developments were by quite purposeful design.  The critical back story can be read at the following link:

Was the California drought geoengineered to pass future ‘climate change’ legislation?

As the severity of the drought increased and deepened into the middle of the decade, California was ‘predictably’ plagued by a rash of wildfires.  The four corners of the state and everyplace in between saw brush fires, grass fires and forest fires come and go with such frequency that some thought a pyromaniac with a flame thrower was on the loose.

California is in flames right now, with fires fueled by historic drought (and arson)

As it turns out, an unusual number of these fires were either started by arson or caused by very strange circumstances.  The question still remains: Who were these arsonists really working for?

The Oroville Dam Spillway Catastrophe

Now California quite curiously finds itself in the middle of what is perhaps it greatest manmade disaster of the year.  The Oroville Dam Spillway north of Sacramento is under serious threat of collapse which would send torrents of raging water cascading through Butte County and beyond.

This extremely serious calamity-in-the-making did not just occur due to the untimely and overwhelming forces of nature.  The circumstantial evidence points directly to a combination of weather modification via geoengineering and deliberate civil engineering techniques. Really, how does such an emergency evacuation of nearly 200,000 residents in Butte County occur practically overnight, except by the agency of disaster capitalism?

The Oroville Dam Spillway emergency has all the earmarks of the Hegelian Dialectic and its classic MO known as “Problem-Reaction-Solution”.  In fact there is so much about this manufactured cataclysm that it has UN Agenda 21 written all over it.  How so?

After the proven geoengineered Great Drought occurred and the ensuing arson-triggered wildfires of 2016 took place, it stands to reason that the next step in the Jesuit playbook is to continue to move even more people off the most arable land.  Nothing does that like droughts and deluges, wildfires and floods, mudslides and earthquakes.  The public domain is now full of circumstantial evidence which indicates that each of these can be effectively geoengineered.

The Back Story Nobody Knows About

The following two screenshots capture an interesting series of observations from Voat.com.  The embedded links are not live so they will have to be accessed from the following reference link: Is the Oroville Dam disaster in California really accidental?

For those who are uninitiated in this realm of UN Agenda 21 mischief-making, the following screenshot post provides additional context and insights regarding the staged Oroville Dam emergency.

screen-shot-2017-02-13-at-7-27-12-am-2

Both of these posts reveal extremely curious information as to why the Army Corps of Engineers continues to build on fault lines.  This construction policy is not an accident; nor simply a case of overlooking the obvious.  There appears to be an intentional strategy at work — over many decades — to site some of the most critical pieces of American infrastructure directly in earthquakes zones and/or on fault lines.  This not only applies to dams and reservoirs, but also to nuclear and hydroelectric power plants, as well as to other infrastructure.

Oroville Dam Collapse: Anatomy of the Event

______________________________________________________________
Special Note:
It ought to be easy to understand why disasters, both manmade and natural, now regularly occur in definite patterns.  First there was the unparalleled drought, then the spate of wildfires, which are then followed by isolated mudslides and sinkholes, and now dam breaches and spillway collapses. Because the geoengineers now control the weather with extraordinary technologies such as chemical geoengineering (chemtrails) and satellite-based HAARP, they can fabricate virtually any scenario they are ordered to by the masters.  And so they do, especially throughout the once great state of California.  Because what happens in California is used as a model (or as an example) for the rest of the USA, the nation can expect many other apocalyptic events there which will then be used to soften other vulnerable states lest they not cooperate with the ongoing UN Agenda 21 program.

Is the California economy being sabotaged?

The California agricultural economy is the largest in the nation.  The state provides a highly disproportionate amount of food for the other 49 states.  The farming industry of Kalifornia has undergone so many profound assaults since 2010 that the following inquiry must now be made.

Oroville Dam sabotage aimed at destroying Californian economy?

Selling off so much real estate and arable land to Chinese investors must be looked at in view of so much statewide disaster capitalism.  Many of these massive sales have only taken place in the wake of various catastrophic events, which have served to precipitously reduce the respective costs of the involved land, real estate and other assets.

Hence, the question must be asked: Is the Oroville staged dam collapse (whether it actually occurs or not) just another attempt to destroy the California land-based economy?  If so, how do these various machinations fit into the execution of Agenda 21 as well as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Conclusion

Governor Jerry Brown must be impeached or recalled if the state is to experience any respite from these relentless manmade disasters and natural catastrophes.  Yes, his highly misguided governance has invited these calamities to Kalifornia; about that there can be no doubt.  However, it is the people who continue to support him who must wake up before it’s too late.  Many appear to be sufficiently awake to have taken the following necessary initiative:

CA Governor Jerry Brown Being Recalled By Furious Grassroots Movement

Nonetheless, residents of California will have to do a LOT more than get rid of the perfidious governor; for the statewide environmental collapse and societal breakdown are truly biblical in nature.   In fact, the state is being overwhelmed on so many fronts it’s difficult to keep track of them all.

There can be only one solution when so many folks are routinely getting busted upside the head with a four by four.  That’s right—they might put their hands together and PRAY!   The entire state is in dire need of divine intervention, especially in view of the burgeoning secessionist movement.

Environmental groups predicted Oroville emergency spillway erosion in 2005 court document

“Erosion near an Oroville reservoir emergency spillway was first predicted in court documents filed by environmentalists more than a decade ago.”

In a technical memo on Lake Oroville’s discharge, the Yuba County Water Agency wrote in 2002 that if the Department of Water Resources used the emergency spillway, “extensive erosion would take place” and that “the spillway road and possibly high voltage transmission towers would be impacted,” according to a motion to intervene on the licensing filed by environmentalist groups in 2005.

“Because the area downstream from the emergency spillway crest is an unlined hillside, significant erosion of the hillside would occur,” the document said.

According to the California Department of Water Resources, that’s exactly what happened. After the dam’s main spillway was damaged, engineers decreased its output to save Pacific Gas & Electric lines and prevent further damage to the spillway’s lower half.

But that allowed the lake to fill beyond capacity, which forced water to flow over the emergency spillway on Saturday. The results were as predicted more than a decade ago — PG&E; equipment was jeopardized and the hillside dramatically eroded, forcing more than 100,000 residents down river to evacuate as a precaution in case the spillway completely failed.

In the Department of Water Resources’ response issued with the final environmental impact report in 2008, the agency found that the dam, its structures and the emergency spillway weir were in “good condition.”

Department of Water Resources officials said on Monday that they could not comment on the 2005 document.

“More than a decade ago, federal and state officials and some of California’s largest water agencies rejected concerns that the massive earthen spillway at Oroville Dam — at risk of collapse Sunday night and prompting the evacuation of 185,000 people — could erode during heavy winter rains and cause a catastrophe…” [see link above for full story]

  7. Leuren Moret says:

Hi Jean – Thank you so much for this interesting, and certainly new explanation, of the Oroville Dam disaster in the making. I cringe every time I think of the horrific flooding, and what it’s like to go through it out in the country, with ewes about to lamb, and the winter crop still in the ground. I was in the horrible flood around the Sacramento area in 1984 with a small baby – ON A FARM – so I have lived through the Oroville Dam disaster but in a different time and place and with another name. A neighbor in Dixon nearby, lost 1000 replacement ewes in a field surrounded by levees, that eventually failed and drowned all the new ewes the neighbor had bred as replacements for the older ewes. I made a huge baked turkey lunch for a crew working on the levee where 1000 acres of our sugar beets of were 10′ underwater. 75% of the farmers in the Sacramento/Davis/Dixon flooded region and beyond went bankrupt and out of business.
In farming in general, the farmers take all the risk, and the bankers take all the money.

  8. lecox says:

Lake Isabella has been mentioned by William Tompkins in interviews and briefly in his book (he was mayor of the little city there for a while). He says there are huge underground facilities controlled by ETs in that area, and also military underground facilities.

  9. Helene says:

Feinstein & her husband grabbing up real estate mostly waterfront for decades too…involved with fish hatchery controversy…Sacramento is State Capital if shut down then what happens to State Govt? will entire state be under State of Emerg?

    • Leuren Moret says:

Why would Sacramento be shut down? It is safely way above the rivers and levees – they had a lot of gold mining flooding in the 1850’s etc. of the valley from monitor mining and the gravel and sediment released clogging the rivers in the valley. So Sacramento was built on higher ground.

      • Ken Harris says:

I don’t think the higher ground of Sacramento will be enough to survive the huge wall of water that will inundate the area should the Oroville dam let loose completely. For normal high runoff’s it would be okay, but not something of this magnitude. We are talking about 921,300,000,000 gallons of water weighing in at 7,831,050,000,000 lbs of rushing force (that is just the weight of the water without a velocity input). Not much will stand in it’s way, and you could expect an entirely new landscape when it is all over. (that’s a capacity of 3,750,000 acre feet which relates to the number above.) I think you all should be worried, all the way to the delta.
